Struttura centralissima. Comodo nel check-in e check-out completamente self service e perfettamente guidati dal gestore della struttura. Da rivedere la pulizia e gli interni. La casa non era sporca in senso stretto, ma la presenza di moscerini praticamente ovunque pregiudicava comunque la percezione. I divano-letti erano invece scomodi.

We had a great time at our stay. The house was clean and centrally located to everything. We had a VERY difficult time initially opening the door as it required a specific set of actions: turn the key slightly, pull back on the door, complete the key turn and push the door forward. Failure to do this and the key won't turn and the door won't open. We tried unsuccessfully for about 25 min, even flagging down a local nearby who couldn't help us either. We tried contacting the host multiple times but got nothing, very frustrating after traveling all day and sitting outside your apartment with all your luggage and no way to get in. We eventually figured it out and made it in, but the lack of communication was no good. Overall experience was pleasant, Assisi is amazing. For future tenants, I would recommend better instructions and a more reliable way to communicate.

Dream Come True

My husband and I are visiting Italy to celebrate our 50th wedding anniversary. One of the places we always wanted to visit was Assisi. Being in our flat was like going back in time. The stonework was beautiful and gave it such a uniqueness. Also a bonus was the closeness of the different sites we wanted to see. 11 minutes to the tomb of St. Francis, 4 mins to St Clare, 1 mins to Blessed Carlos Acutis and daily mass! Minutes to many restaurants. The best was the manager, Sara!!! She answered every question during our stay. Would we stay again…YES!!!!

Great location!!

Charming apartment w/ great location. Not fancy. Main bedroom on 2nd floor loft. Bunk beds and both bathrooms on are on1st floor. Took the bus from train station for Eur 1.50. Taxi was Eur 16.

The property is conveniently located to the Piazza where you will also find lovely restaurants and shops. The bedroom upstairs is comfy and cozy however I wished one bathroom would be located in bedroom. This is the only nice feature about this apartment, the bedroom! The kitchen is dated and newer pots and pans should be made available. It is very dark in the apartment so your lights have to be on. Unfortunately there seemed to be a lingering unpleasant odour in the laundry/bathroom on the main floor and did report this. Overall the location and was not disappointing and was happy about that. I think it was a little pricey but location, location here is the key.

Americans in Assisi

This was a beautiful piece of property to stay at in the city of Assisi. It was in a location that was very easy to access all the major Catholic holy sites. We took the city bus line up from the train station and were within a manageable walking distance from the bus stop. There are plenty of nice restaurants and cafes near by. A major plus was having the police station just down the block, so we felt extremely safe walking around at night.
