「I gave this hotel 3 stars purely because of it's inconvenient location, otherwise the hotel was a very good budget stop-over, typical of French motels, clean and well maintained with secure on-site parking. The lady on reception was super-nice, very helpful with good English. This is definitely not a tourist hotel due to it's location. 「Room booked wasn't room offered. Staff didn't apologise when they were made aware of situation. Got room changed. Free drink on arrival was a joke. Receptionist who had checked us in 10 minutes earlier and helped change our room to correct room refused to recognise me when I asked about free drink on arrival. When she finally accepted who I was she then stipulated that the offer was only for accor hotel members. I showed I was a classic accor member then she said only open to silver members....

「The Serra was truly wonderful. It surpassed much more expensive hotels we have stayed at even taking account of status upgrades. The room was spacious and beautiful- one small criticism is the low hanging light over the table which I hit with my head - twice. But a lovely bath and separate huge shower along with high quality towels and robes. Lovely bar, sitting area and restaurant. I sound like an advert - but it was really that good.」

All essentials were 5* clean, just a touch of dust on some decorative objects stopped full 5* rating re cleanliness from me. Lots of Art Deco, vedettes du cinema. Fun. Interesting. Other rooms, other styles. Felt appropriate for 1940's villa. Swimming pool was unexpected luxury. Would stay again. Loved it.」

「Établissement TRÈS difficile à dénicher perte de temps RIEN DE SIGNALER .personne aucune indication dommage blasée nt apres des heures de conduite ..sinon répond aux descriptions rien à en redire quasi vide donc silence total et ceci dépanne car proche de l Autoroute」

「Séjour pour affaire. Kitchenette très pratique qui évite de ressortir pour diner à l'extérieur. Espace salon séparé. C'était parfait !」
