"At first, they did not find my reservation. And even though I made a reservation including breakfast, they denied to serve it at first. In the room, no shampoo, no tea, no trash can, no hanger. Even I had to request a towel. Even though I asked to bring a breakfast at 8:00, they did not bring it until I reminded. A breakfast without a bread. "

"Please never stay in this hotel.
We stayed in a very dark room with no windows. And in bathroom sometimes the lights go off/ no hot water in the shower. And the hotel/room stinks .. the bedsheets smell horrible. The hallway is filled with smoke. And staff is very unprofessional. "
