Relaxing gateway!

This was a wonderful weekend trip for my husband, our dog and me! House was nicely decorated, met all our needs & exactly as described. The patio & backyard was spacious and beautiful! Location was really great, close to everthing!

Weekend getaway

We enjoyed our stay in the Santa Cruz Villa. The home was the perfect size, clean and comfortable. It has a nice size family room, kitchen and bedrooms. It's in a perfect location just minutes away from downtown Paso and many wineries.

Great accommodations for family

We loved our time at Mitch’s home in Atascadero! We were there to visit family and allowed us the space we needed plus much more (1/2 acre) and included all amenities we needed, plus many more, parking in a garage, massive kitchen to entertain the whole family and a pristine outdoor patio and yard to play. Our dog had a blast with all the space too. Will be our go-to place when we come back again.

Restful Stay in Paso Wine Country

This property was perfect for our friends to stay with us while exploring Paso Robles wine country. The location is central to the communities of Paso Robles, Templeton and Atascadero. The neighborhood has a quiet country feel. The living room/kitchen were spacious and nicely appointed so that we could all gather together. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of storage. The appliances are all new. The backyard was fantastic with a beautiful fire pit, a grill and lots of seating areas. The bedrooms had comfortable mattresses and clean bathrooms.

Better than expected!

Overall this place is a Gem! This was the first time my family stayed at an ABNB and it did not disappoint! We are normally hotel people, with majority of our family spending time working in hospitality, so this was a welcome change. The place was very spacious and the backyard was incredible to just sit and relax around the fire pit. The location was great, being close enough to Pismo Beach (our destination spot for our trip), but far away enough to not have to deal with the beach traffic. Also our host Mitch was very courteous and accommodating. We appreciated all the details provided, and if the opportunity presents itself, would definitely stay here again. Thank you for providing an excellent place to stay and giving us the chance to make unforgettable memories!

Wonderful!!!

My family of four and a dog stayed at Mitch's house for five days and we had a wonderful time there! The house is nicely updated and decorated. It's very clean, neat, spacious and comfortable inside out. The kitchen is equipped with nice appliances and everything we needed. The huge backyard is the best -- we barbequed almost every night, our teen boys enjoyed games of cornhole, and our dog loved to roll and play frisbee on the grass.

Beautiful Large Home

We had a wonderful stay at the Santa Cruz Villa. The home is spacious, nicely decorated, and very comfortable. We went up for a weekend of wine tasting, and chose to stay here so we could bring our dog, and cook our own meals. The kitchen had plenty of utensils and cooking equipment, cups, and plates. The two queens and king beds were perfect for our couples get away. Mitch is very hospitable and ensure you are ready for trip. He also and provides information quickly to any questions you may have.

We had a wonderful time at your home. The house was spacious, clean and accessable. The yard was fantastic ! Large, totally fenced, firepit, BBQ.....What more could we ask for!? The overhead lights in the yard made it very festive! The beds were very confy ! A+++++ !!!

House had a great open floor plan. The yard was large and there were yard games to enjoy. Outdoor firepit was an added plus. The house could use lighting and luggage stands in the bedrooms. An instruction guide on how to use the TV game console and kitchen stove would have been good. Overall nice location, large home and yard.

The house is spacious, clean, and very family friendly. There is a fire pit and patio with a comfortable patio set. The house all Has corn hole and other games that can be played with the family. The house was very clean and exceeded our expectations with cleanliness. We stay in VRBO places from time to time, and everyone has a different standard when it comes to cleanliness.
