"This was easily the best hotel we stayed in during our trip around the island. The apartment was spotless, well appointed and in an excellent location for the wineries and local restaurants. The breakfast was epic and the staff were extremely polite and friendly, especially the super sweet Nectaria. Don't hesitate to book. "

"More like a 3.5 than a 5*. Overall property was clean but the Cleaning staff was a bit difficult and did not clean our room properly on both days. Not many food options or shall i say good options for vegetarians/ vegan. Reception staff is overall nice and friendly but can be selective with their behaviour at times. "

"This was our 6th visit to The Mayia hotel and it never disappoints . From the moment you walk in you are greeted with calmness and smiles. All the staff in every area of the hotel are all wonderful although a special mention for Erjeta in customer relations for looking after us and making our trip extra special . "Location was pretty good. Bus stop right outside helpful. Food generally good but could do with being hotter. À la carte restaurant was better. Maids need to clean rooms better, floors didn’t appear to be cleaned ! Water needs to be hotter too, tried showering at different times but made no difference ! Although all inclusive, mini bar limited (no wine) and only replenished every other day. Also bizarrely you had to pay extra for a bottle of water ! All spirits/wine were just local, premium...
