  • 4 BEDROOM HOUSE WITH 4 BEDS AND 2 VERY LARGE COUCHES FOR SLEEPING. 2 OF THE BEDROOMS HAVE KING BEDS AND THE OTHER 2 BEDROOMS HAVE A QUEEN BED. THERE IS A BIG BACKYARD AND FULLY FURNISHED PAVILION WITH A WEBER GRILL AND 65 INCH TV. EACH ROOM HAS A TV AND IS EQUIPPED WITH DIRECTV. THE HOUSE AND PAVILION ARE ALSO EQUIPPED WITH WI-FI. THIS HOUSE IS CLOSE TO RESTAURANTS AND LESS THEN 10 MINUTES FROM DOWNTOWN AND UGA. PLEASE FEEL FREE TO TEXT, CALL OR EMAIL ME WITH ANY QUESTIONS!

This property was perfect for my family for GA football game weekend! The yard was wonderful for my kids - trampoline and swing set with outdoor seating was just right for the whole family to enjoy! Property is an easy 10 minute drive to downtown. Will definitely stay here again!

UGA Graduation Home Base

We chose this home so 3 generations could gather in Athens for UGA graduation. The host was communicative and helpful leading up to our check in, even giving us early access. He honored another special request once we arrived. While there were some housekeeping issues, the house was in a great neighborhood and close to town.

A group of 8 college friends stayed at this house for the GA/Kentucky game. The house setup is great. Spacious living room and outdoor space where we could all hang out. Perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms for our group. We would definitely stay there again.

It was so nice to be able to be all together in one area. We appreciated the whole property deer snakes and all :-) It was a little different than other VRBOs we’ve stayed at since this was someone’s actual home and it was nice to learned about the kiddos that live there

Host was great and really cool outside area - this is someone’s regular home. Disappointed in condition of bedding / bathroom linens - I would order a DEEP clean scrub baseboards / walls - white linens / bath mats that can be bleached. Plenty of kitchen tools to cook with.

Prefect for my Family

We stayed over the Thanksgiving Holiday and the house was a perfect set up for my family. The outdoor space is wonderful and would be a big asset for anyone who likes to spend time outside. The owner was very responsive and easy to work with too.

GREAT HOUSE AND LOCATION!

We were a group of five UGA alumni getting together after 41 years to attend a ball game. We all loved the outdoor space with fireplace. House was comfortable and inviting. We lacked nothing during our stay. Our host was responsive and helpful throughout the process. Would gladly stay here again.

Graduation Weekend

We had an awesome stay for UGA’s belated graduation. The house had plenty of room, the family room area was perfect for hanging out, the screened porch was great for the chilly mornings and the backyard is an oasis. We were able to put the outdoor pavilion to great use and it’s a terrific spot - exactly what we were hoping for. Bo was very attentive and gracious. Definitely recommend this property for visits to the area.

Such a great place!

We stayed here for a UGA game/70th birthday party with ages ranging from 5-70. Everyone raved about how comfortable, spacious, and ideal this house was. There is a really neat outdoor covered area with a TV and couches and a fireplace. The beds are comfortable, the living space is huge, and there was even a swing set for our nephew to play on. Couldn’t recommend it more, and it’s only about 10 minutes from campus.
