This modern two bedroom apartment at this residential part of the city centre comes with wooden boards, queen size beds in both bedrooms and built-in wardrobes while large balconies surround literally all indoor spaces. It is located within walking distance to significant places of the city of Athens, such as ancient town, the ancient Olympic Stadium and the Parthenon. The roof garden that is accessible 24/7 to residents only offers a breath-taking 360-degree view over the city skyline.

Great location!

We stayed for a week and half in this new apt and it’s is an awesome location in the city. It’s about 10 mins walk to get to the grocery store or to the Acropolis area for tons of dining and sightseeing. The elevator was great for easy access to get up to the apt, was very clean and has a park across the street. The beds are queen, and very firm, the AC system works fantastic. The host is very responsive and helpful.

Great apartment in ideal location

Lovely apartment and very helpful host! We fall in love with the flat the moment we got in. The only small issue is the shower room’s floor seems to gather water after each shower. Otherwise perfect stay!

Awesome view of Acropolis from rooftop patio

The apartment worked very well for our three night stay in Athens. Short walking distance to a well stocked supermarket and a local restaurant (Lostrekouzina.eu) that we really enjoyed the food and service. There were only two of us but we really appreciated having the extra 1/2 bath. The beds were quite comfortable. Our host was very accommodating. I would certainly recommend staying here.

Absolutely stunning apartment

We were within a 15-30 minute walk of everything we wanted. The apartment is new, clean, and the owner was helpful with all of our needs. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Athens.

Fantastic all around

Incredible flat with private balcony and shared rooftop patio - the view of the Parthenon was spectacular. Very secure location in a nice building, everything was sparkling clean with fresh sheets and blankets when we arrived. Our host was incredibly accommodating and responsive - after exchanging numbers he was easily reachable and always responded right away, regarding anything from questions about the location, the flat, or just recommendations of what to do or where to eat. In addition to supplying great accommodations our host also served as a lovely guide/resource person, I highly recommend staying here.

Perfekte Lage mit Komfort: fußläufig Akropolis, schnell am Meer

Der perfekte Aufenthalt mit Komfort und ohne jede Sorgen. Appartement: top (wir waren vermutlich die ersten Gäste;o) Umgebung: sehr gute Lage, alles fußläufig machbar, trotzdem auch super Parkplatz Athen|er|innen: unglaublich nette, freundliche, offene Menschen Wohlfühlen und erleben! Wir kommen wieder!
