The location was excellent as there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. It was to very close proximity to the acropolis and the plaka neighborhood. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The check in process was for the most part smooth. John reached out to me via whatsapp and was there upon my arrival to assist with check in. He was very friendly and helpful. I only had a couple of issues during my stay. The first was a miscommunication with the entrance lock which was ultimately resolved fairly by the owner. When I had the issue with the lock I reached out to John as that is who I communicated with initially. Both him and his father tried to assist until the owner came. The following morning John’s father saw me with a cup of coffee and started saying that after all the help he provided with the lock situation that I didn’t have the decency to purchase coffee at his cafe which is next door to the apartment. I had no clue that was his cafe as he never told me. Either way I found that behavior incredibly rude and inappropriate. I am a single mother traveling with my daughter and to have an older man speak to me in such a manner at the entrance of the building was completely uncalled for. Despite that unpleasant experience I will recommend this location as it is a good value. My suggestion to the owner is to have direct communication with her guest to avoid these situations.

We couldn’t get over the amazing view of the Acropolis! The rooms were spotless, all appliances and rooms looked brand new, and appreciated John’s assistance in recommending places to shop and eat. You can’t get a better spot in Athens than this place….literally across from the museum, downstairs of the building is a cafe, restaurants all surrounding the place and Plaka market just 3 minutes away if you walk. Every thing was central and we would definitely stay here again.

Great location. Spacious apartment with and ideal room for two kids down the hall from the main bedroom. Good layout and lovely balcony. Perfect location for the Acropolis and Plaka district (the nice old town).

This location was perfect for a stay in Athens. John was incredibly attentive and responsive. The unit was perfect for 2 people with everything you need. The location was exceptional. The restaurants and shops literally outside the front door were all incredible. Walking distance to all the major sights with fantastic night life. Would highly recommend this spot.

This place was stunning. We only booked for one night as we had a flight later that evening but the views of the Acropolis is amazing. The place was spotless and had spacious rooms and bathrooms. Only complaint is we wished we had booked with them when we first got to Athens.
