This was one of our favorite stays. The hosts are amazing and the spacious apartment operates like a bed-and-breakfast. Do yourself a favor and skip the airport hotel and stay with Chrisa and Spiros. They are wonderful people who are very attentive to their guests.

Everything was amazing! Chrisa came and picked us up at the airport in the middle of the night and was so helpful and patient with all of our flight changes. She is one of the warmest and kindest people I’ve met and our whole family was so grateful we found her delightful cottage to go to during a long layover. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time to spend there so we hope to return one day!

Such a wonderful place to stay for our final night before flying out of Athens. The host lives in a separate portion of the property, so she was there to warmly greet us upon arrival and was available to help with anything we needed during our stay. Everything was spotless, and the fridge was thoughtfully stocked with plenty of complimentary drinks, water, and snacks. The hospitality made it feel like we were being welcomed into the home of a family member rather than just staying at a rental. We highly recommend this place and would gladly stay here again!

Chrisa was a wonderful host who made us feel like family. The place is exactly as represented - actually even better in person. We felt very at home and Chrisa was so attentive and immediately responded to any questions we had. We also used her services for transfer to and from the airport. If you’re staying close to the airport to catch a flight I highly recommend this place. It was absolutely awesome and our host Chrisa couldn’t have been more kind, accommodating and friendly. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Thank you Chrisa for being such an incredible host. The property is gorgeous and so comfortable, it has a lovely yard and she kept the fridge stocked with beer, coolers, sparkling water, milk, chocolate milk, eggs, bananas, cream, along with numerous other comforts and snacks. She literally thinks of everything and even picked us up and dropped us (at 3:30am) to the airport for a very reasonable cost. The property is located within walking distance of the town (10-15mins) and the town is absolutely gorgeous. The beach is lovely and I wish we had time to go for a swim. Countless options for food in the town and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Athens.

We chose Airport Cottage House mainly because it was close to the airport, but it turned out to be so much more than a convenient overnight stay. The house was amazing—extremely clean, comfortable, and beautifully decorated by the owner’s daughter. It had a separate bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Everything was thoughtfully prepared: high-speed Wi-Fi, Netflix, food, refreshments, and even beer and wine were included. What really made our stay exceptional was our host, Spyros. One quick call and he arranged a private airport pickup that was cheaper than Uber or a taxi. He later offered to drive us into town for dinner and pick us up for free, and recommended a fantastic restaurant for authentic local Greek cuisine. For our 6:00 a.m. flight, Spyros drove us to the airport at 4:00 a.m.—and didn’t just drop us off. He came inside the busy terminal and personally walked us by the quickest route right to our check-in desk. The entire experience was simply WOW. Genuine Greek hospitality at its best. Thank you, Spyros, for making our last night in Greece so memorable!
