Great stay in downtown Athens

Great location, excellent accommodations. We had an issue with the HVAC and within a few hours the hostess resolved the situation. Will definitely stay here again.

Downtown Athens

Great location can walk to restaurants and nightlife, owner was very responsive to questions, there is only street parking but the Washington street deck is good for overnight parking and is 2 blocks away

Cute Condo in a Great Location

We were in Athens for shows at the 40 Watt and this place was the perfect choice! We walked around the corner for the shows and to grab dinner. The only downside is that there are 3 bars right around the location and it was loud until after 2 am. The condo is nicely furnished and has a cute little balcony.

Great property

Wonderful property! Every thing was really nice for a long weekend. Location is right downtown which is convenient to walk to every thing. The only issue is the level of noise from the late night bar across the street. If you also intend to leverage the pullout couch bring eye masks as there are blinds/curtains on the glass sliders.

Great Stay

The host was simply amazing, easy to communicate with and was very accommodating. I loved this place and would stay here again. It is a little loud on a rockin Friday or Saturday night, but not too loud to deter us.

Absolutely loved this place. Would recommend hands down. Loved the location. Yes, you can hear the revelers on Clayton but it didn't bother us one bit. Very well stocked, plenty of towels, blankets, etc. Not a complaint at all - only suggestions: add a drapery to the sliding door to the balcony, add a shelf or table of some type to the shower to put toiletries and add a robe hook to the bathroom. We will definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

Super cute 1 bedroom right downtown Athens. You can hear the local dj and nearby clubs at night, but can’t beat location. It was well appointed and had everything that we needed. Would stay again!

Super clean and updated. Fantastic location. A couple of things: Needs a regular frying pan, bar soap or body wash. Out of your control: Saturday night the club across the street thumped loudly until 3am. I am sure they were having a great time we just can’t keep up any more! Go Dawgs!

Beautiful, spotless and comfortable

My husband and I were in Athens for a wedding in early June and wanted a walkable location. The apartment is even better in person with high ceilings and great style and a wonderful very comfortable bed. We could walk to great stores and restaurants. The one thing to be aware of is there is a nightclub across the street and since we were there on a Friday/Saturday it was quite noisy and didn't quiet down until 2 am. So for a weekend stay earplugs are recommended. But this did not diminish our experience and we would stay there again in a heartbeat. Lauren made check in and check out seamless and was very responsive.

This unit is VERY clean & pretty. High ceilings. Big windows. Well decorated. Stayed 3 nights for parents weekend. The location was perfect. We walked everywhere. The area is LIVELY on Thurs, Fri, Sat so I strongly advise noise cancelling ear plugs.We would stay here again.
