The property was well maintained and suited our needs perfectly for a party of 6 people. The central location was excellent. We enjoyed the close proximity to everything. Anyone renting the property should be aware that you are in a busy area so noise could be an issue but that is no fault of the owner or a poor reflection on the property. We would definitely recommend staying at the property.

Beautiful 2nd floor Apartments

The place was clean, beautiful and Host was wonderful. At our service right away for early check in and assist with transport for next day to Port. Accomodated the 6 of us perfectly. Next time will stay longer. Only tricky thing was getting from stairs to door to elevator for our 3 physically challenged people.

Great Location!

Our group of 7 enjoyed our overnight stay in Athens. These apartments accommodated our group very nicely. The location was close to restaurants and the Acropolis. The check in process was very easy. George and Meno Properties always answered my messages in a timely manner. George also arranged transportation from the Athens airport to the property for us.

Great stay

We traveled to Athens for two days at the end of our trip. This apartment was super convenient as it was on the edge of Plaka and well within walking distance to the Parthenon and lots of shopping. I would stay here again.

Location, location, location! Apartment was centrally located and walkable to all major attractions (Acropolis, Mt Lycabettus, Panathenaic Stadium, Plaka, Monastiraki, Parliament, etc.). George was the best host!!! Very responsive… helped us to arrange transportation to and from the airport, places to visit, etc. Rooms were spacious and clean. Beds were so comfortable. Loved having a mini fridge. Terrace was a nice bonus. Only thing is it’s 3 separate apartments.. one has the kitchen & living room with stairs to terrace. 3 separate apartments were fine with us and gave us privacy. Highly recommend George’s apartment for your trip to Athens.

We really had a great time. The reason I gave it a four star was that one of the rooms did not have hot water in the shower for the first few days. But everyone did what they could to help us out, and we just shared different bathrooms.

This was a great location within walking distance to wonderful restaurants and shops and, of course, the Acropolis. We were 3 couples staying in the 3 second floor apartments. They were perfect for our group and afforded each couple their privacy with 3 separate bedrooms, 3 separate baths, and 3 separate entrances. Unfortunately, at check-in the owner, George, who had been communicating with us regularly and even provided codes to access the 3 apartments on the 2nd floor was not available and his representative (also named George) insisted that we had booked the 1st level apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. He would not accept the many emails I had from the other George confirming that we had the 3 units on the second floor. After much confusion, discussion, and phone calls to someone else in the management office, we were eventually allowed to move into our rooms. It was very unsettling after traveling from the US on a 9 hour flight to be met with such a chaotic check-in. The guests who had actually booked the 1st floor apartment checked in and had a dog that barked all night long preventing all of us on the floor above them from sleeping. After complaining to management, we were told that pets are allowed on the condition that they do not cause a disturbance. Of course that is impossible to enforce. Next time we will book a property with a no pets policy. While we enjoyed the location, the stay was less than ideal.
