Escape to our inviting 85 m² apartment in the charming neighbourhood of Nea Smyrni. This cosy, well-equipped home offers two full bedrooms and two bathrooms, along with all the modern comforts you need — making it ideal for couples, families, or business travelers seeking a relaxed base not far from Athens’ seaside and cultural highlights.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building with an elevator, giving you easy access without climbing stairs. As is common in Greece, the sewage system cannot handle toilet paper or waste — guests must use the bathroom bins and avoid disposing of any paper or objects in the toilet.
