Beautiful place!

We had a great time and the apartment was perfect for our group. Just a bit of a walk to get to the sights, but 4 of us were seniors and we managed quite well. Food in the area was easy to get and we ate at some great restaurants.

Amazing Penthouse with beautiful city views!

Super roomy penthouse with amazing views! Plenty of room for for everyone - 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms.Great part of town with cafes nearby. Nikos was a huge help, but the biggest thanks goes to Fatini who welcomes us and communicated the entire time to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Highly recommended !

Perfect short stay!!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and spacious apt. We were a party of give in ages from 17 to 76. Communication with host was excellent, timely and answered all our questions before and during our stay. Fully equipped kitchen as well as towels linens etc. suberb location. Highly recommended! Only drawback second bathroom is small. Uber access to all the sites. Felt safe all the time in this lovely neighborhood!

Great stay for large groups!

Our first visit to Athens and our visit was wonderful! Location and property were perfect for our group of 8! After a long flight, we were warmly met by Lily who showed us around and helped settle us in. She and Dimitri were available to answer all questions and he even suggested we take our teens to Bolivar Beach which didn’t disappoint! We would definitely stay at this VRBO again as it was easy to access and get to where we wanted to go! He even arranged our transport from the airport and made sure we were comfortable!

I am thrilled with our stay here. The apartment is just as the description states. The rooms were all nicely sized each with its own glass doors to the outside. The air conditioning units worked wonderfully, the kitchen was fully stocked with all that was needed, with the exception of food of course. There is a market ( small ) directly across the street and a Lidl a 10 minute walk away. We had the absolute most delightful individual ,Fotini, to check us in as well as giving us access to her if needed which we did a few times. There were eatery's to the left and right once out the door that were fantastic. Coffee shops as well. No boutiques however, Ubers were everywhere and easily retrieved. The rooftop terrace was so very nice to grill and have dinner and the view was wonderful although there are a few tall buildings going up and hindered what I can only imagine would be more beauty. The apartment is large and for 6 people , there was plenty of room. Beautiful solid wood doors and floors and the elevator worked wonderfully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the hosts were fantastic with answering any and all questions very timely. Thank you for a very memorable first in Greece!

This property was exactly what we were looking for. It gave us the all the room we needed as a family but still have enough space to spread out. The neighborhood provided everything we needed, grocery stores and a variety of restaurants. The views were amazing. Demitris and his team of people made our stay feel welcoming and inviting. This property was a comfortable and air-conditioned condo with a huge outdoor balcony. Unfortunately, it was a little too hot when we were there to spend much time out on the balcony, but in cooler weather it would be amazing. Good wifi and A/C, Dimitris the host was helpful and friendly.

Wonderful hosts

I wanted to give more than 5 stars for some areas. The host went above and beyond to arrange transportation at a reasonable price, and make sure we had a wonderful stay. There was plenty of space for our group of 8, including couch space and table space. The views from the terraces were amazing. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to anyone going to Athens. Although it is a walk to a metro station, there is a bus station very close that can bring you to all of the major sites.

Perfect property in Athena

A lovely location and condo. The sunrises and sunsets were beautiful from the patios. We could see the Acropolis shining at night. Lilly and Manolis were wonderful hosts. They even helped us reserve a car from the airport and one to the ferries. They welcomed us warmly with treats and a very clean home. Everything was as stated and shown. Our family of four includes 2 teens and there was ample room to spread out. We are thankful for the wonderful stay.

Tons of Space!

The apartment was spacious and well furnished and equipped and the terraces were fantastic! Location is a bit away from the central tourist district (not necessarily a bad thing) but the bus into town or to the beach is right around the corner. Although somewhat further, the metro and tram lines were also walkable from the apartment. A few coffee shops and bakeries are located nearby and a mini market and grocery store are literally across the street. Dimitris is a gracious and extremely responsive host. He met us on site to introduce us to the apartment and stayed in touch as needed to ensure we were completely satisfied and enjoyed our stay. Thank you Dimitris!

We were two couples visiting Athens after a month in Greece. We stayed in the penthouse for 3 nights. We liked having a nice kitchen and living room at the end of the day. We ate in twice. The penthouse is across the street from a good grocery store. We walked to the major sites, which took 30 to 45 mins. The AC worked well. We had cocktails on the deck one night. It was nice having a washer and we dried clothes on the provided rack. There is an elevator to the penthouse floor that is a back saver. Communication with the owner and assistant was great. The owner did a personal helpful check-in of the unit. However, all photos on the listing appear to be from a while ago. The deck and rooftop areas are not as clean, new, and inviting. The deck has a view of the water. There is no longer a distant view of the Accopolis due to a new building. The second double bedroom needs some TLC with peeling paint. All beds need bedside device charging. We had to unplug the lamps to charge our devices next to the bed. The showers did not work for us. The small bath has a very small shower (the shower on our rental boat was bigger) and the shower space is up against the toilet. Shower water gets on the floor and one of our friends almost took a nasty fall from the slippery floor. We didn't use that shower again. The shower in the main bath is in the center of a raised step-into tub that is very narrow and also hard to stand in and move in. Overall, we had an average stay.
