We booked this property in February 2026 for our June trip to Greece. One reason we selected it was because the listing stated that the property offered airport shuttle service. Before booking, I confirmed transportation arrangements with the host, Nick, via WhatsApp. I provided our group size and luggage details and was told the arrangements had been made. I was even given the driver's contact information and reconfirmed everything directly with him.Less than 24 hours before our arrival in Athens, I received an urgent message from Nick informing me that airport transportation was not included and that we would need to pay 130 each way. Since we were traveling with a large group and were already in Greece, we had little choice but to accept the additional expense. This was very disappointing, especially after months of prior confirmation.Guests should also be aware that the apartment is on the 4th floor. There are approximately 15 steps before reaching a very small elevator that can only accommodate one large suitcase at a time. The elevator also appeared unreliable during our stay.The apartment itself was acceptable, but the unexpected transportation charges and accessibility challenges negatively impacted our experience. I would strongly recommend that future guests obtain written confirmation of all transportation arrangements and costs well in advance.
