Athens Riviera 350 m2 Villa with Private Pool and Infinity Sea Views

Villa Azure is a spectacular 4 bedroom property located on top of a steep hill with infinite views of the Saronic Gulf. The ideal position of the property offers easy access to the historical center of Athens and its many landmarks, but most importantly, the house is located only 15-minutes away from the very famous and idyllic beaches of Vouliagmeni.

The house is built on 3 levels with a total of 4 bedrooms, as well as a sofa bed on the living room that may accommodate up to 10 guests. The house is available for event or individual bookings. Mid stay cleaning, linen, towels are included.

Entering the property on the 1st floor you will be amazed by the unparalleled views on Athens coastline, the neighboring islands and the magnificent sunset.

The comfy living room is equipped with an advanced music player system (B&O) and a flat 65’TV. The spacious living room and dining room has unique furniture that is Italian and has been handpicked by the owners, who are well- known for their refined taste.

On the right-hand side, there is the Villa’s kitchen ideal to prepare meals using the available kitchenware, silverware, and utensils. Moreover, a kettle, coffee and Nespresso maker, Mixer, blender and all latest versions of kitchen appliances are provided. For a quick breakfast, you will find coffee and tea variety to select from as well as butter and jams to start your day.

On the 3rd floor, you enjoy 2 master bedrooms with long King beds that share a bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. Both of them benefit from unparalleled infinite blue views and a large terrace that offers unique opportunities for socializing with friends while overlooking the wondrous Aegean Sea during the day or gazing the moon and the stars during the night.

Lastly, on the ground floor, there are two more ensuite bedrooms with jet showers and spacious wardrobes, one including a sofa bed, as well as a second fully equipped kitchen for your convenience and a sitting room with 2 sofas that can be used as additional beds. A laundry corner with ironing facilities, washing machine, and a Vacuum cleaner is to be found.  

On the exterior of the villa, you will find your private pool filled with fresh water and a bar corner, where you will be able to enjoy your coffee or drink. Guests can also treat themselves by the pool using the loungers and umbrellas provided. BBQ facilities are available and upon request, a chef can prepare Greek delicacies for you.
