Very clean and updated! The staff was amazing!! George was a wealth of info. He made suggestions that turned was wonderful!!! Also the day we checked we got there early and they accommodated us. It was in walking distance to about of the main tourist attractions.

The property and rooms are updated and nicely furnished. However, they are a bit small. The hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or bar so you have to rely on room service or eat elsewhere. The lobby, elevator are also very small and you can’t hang out. The same goes for rooftop pool which is tiny and terrace has few chairs. Nothing attractive. If you need a clean place to just crash for a night or two then it’s fine but the area around the hotel is very bad. We didn’t feel very safe at night walking back and getting a taxi is not very convenient. There’s another five star hotel just few minutes walk down the street or similar , decent hotel in Plaka that has all the amenities and we wish we had reserved that instead. Regardless, the staff here is very nice and so is the room decor. Note that this is also on a heavy traffic street so you can hear vehicles even late at night. Overall it’s okay but we paid a very high price for a small room.

The room is very small, not for more than two people (we had our kid with us). Although main tourist places are walkable distance, the area around is not that nice. The “pool” is very small can not fit more than 2-3 people at the time.

Rooms were nice and clean, the location is a bit in a weird neighborhood (garages/autoparts/etc). Rooftop terrace & pool have an amazing view on the acropolis and lots of table to look at the view while having a drink or dinner but note they don’t have any restaurant in the hotel. Was supposed to have a bottle of wine included in our stays and never got it. Overall it’s a good place depending what you are looking for and at what price.

This is a good affordable hotel with a rooftop pool that exceeds what you would expect from a hotel in this category. Walking to the city center was manageable and felt safe even late at night. The room AC worked great, the bed was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. An all around good option if your looking to safe some money and willing to walk a little bit by staying outside the city center.

This hotel was very convenient for central Athens and the Acropolis etc. The road that it is on is a bit shabby unfortunately. However the hotel staff were amazing, second to none. Just wonderful people and made our holiday. They really made us feel welcome. Our room was also beautifully cleaned every day. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone.

Such friendly and helpful staff at this lovely hotel. Rooms are modern with everything you need and plenty of room for a family of 4. I'd highly recommend the panoramic suite - what a view! The local area is slightly run down but perfectly safe and inside the hotel you'd never know. The location is also fantastic as 3 mins to the Temple Olympian, 5 mins walk to the Acropolis, 15 to Parliament, 15 to Plaka and the great restaurants! The pool and roof terrace overlooking the Acropolis was a real bonus and the kids loved it- it was warm water too. Laundry facilities are also great and helpful when travelling with kids. The staff here were so helpful and welcoming. Had plenty of advice to give on the local area and were able to provide towels and irons where needed. Hotel was spotless, beautifully decorated, and quiet for a restful nights sleep. The roof top pool is small but an excellent way to cool off or relax after a day catching the sights!

Avoid - air con broken, ant infestation, loud

Horrendous - the air conditioning did not work despite the temperature in Athens being 25°. The room was unbearably hot but told the air con is only turned on in the summer. To make things worse, opening the windows is impossible with the noise on the main road so we didn’t sleep well throughout the entire stay. Then, in the bathroom, a broken extractor fan and an infestation of ants, which was disgusting. Crawling around the floor non-stop the entire stay. We checked out early, asked for a partial refund, and the manager offered up nothing. Save your money and avoid this place.

Great location and staff. Annie made our stay AMAZING. She had the best recommendations, was always available to help us and made us feel so special and welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and the shower had very hot water which was great for relaxing. They also offer massage services and helped us order food whenever we didn't want to go out. The hotel had a wonderful view from the rooftop pool and a couple of bus/tram stations nearby which made getting around very convenient.
