Clean and functional rental. Good value
Clean flat, relatively spacious, within walking distance to cafes, shops, metro stations. Excellent communication with host and local manager. Nice touches include salt and peeper, dish / laundry soap, shower gel and hand soaps. For those renting in the summer, since there is no AC, to have airflow you must open windows. The ones in the courtyard are ok but the ones that face the street, when open, make you feel you are sleeping next to a busy highway. Also important to note that while the hosts did a great job renovating the space, it is an old building and the space to access the toilet won’t allow a bigger person to reach it. Overall good value especially if you are headed for this area in Paris.
