Awesome place. Low ceilings

It is a great spot if you just need a place to stay. Really clean. Really great location too. Only thing they don’t mention is the ceilings are 6 and a half feet tall at the most.

We had a great experience here! Everything was clean and just as pictured. The ceilings are a bit low, so that is something to consider. My boyfriend is 6'3 and had to duck when walking around a bit. Not a huge deal, we loved it overall!

I stayed here for 8 days in April 2025. It was overall a pleasant stay, quiet neighborhood, nearly exactly what I needed, although... The first issue was the entry/exit from the gravel parking area and the street. There was only one precise diagonal angle I could travel with my car (a 2024 Nissan Sentra) to avoid bottoming out, due to steep angles and potholes in the gravel. The unit seems to be a finished basement in an old home (about 80 years old?), but with more windows and ground-level access than you would expect. The neighborhood is beautiful, hilly, filled with trees (and deer), with many people and dogs out walking. There are at least 3 other rental units spread out at the same property, one being directly above this unit. When renters walked around upstairs, their footsteps were clunky loud in my unit, and I could hear many of their conversations. Bring ear plugs. I was unable to figure out how to turn on the exhaust fan in the bathroom (no visible switch). There are many kitchen supplies, dishes, etc. provided, but no ice trays, so buy a bag of ice elsewhere before you arrive. The blinds on the front door lacked a pull cord to close them, so people walking by could easily look inside, and the outdoor light blasted into the living room area all night if someone in another unit had turned it on. The unit owners have already said they will fix all of these issues ASAP, though, so it might be fine (except for noise above?) when the next person is there.

Cozy basement studio, tucked back from the road, on a wooded property. Great Athens location, quiet neighborhood and very responsive rental company. Would definitely rent again!

Quiet neighborhood near Five Points. Perfect location for visiting our college student who lives nearby. Great use of a small space. I booked based on location, not knowing if my 6'4" husband would go or not. I warned him ahead about the low ceilings and he managed. Worth it for the very reasonable rate, even on a home football weekend!

I had an amazing experience staying in this studio. The place was exactly as pictured, spacious (but consider their comment regarding your height), major appliances were working perfectly, huge comfy bed... Overall, they provided all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. The price was also very competitive! The neighborhood was beautiful (I got to see a couple of deers wandering around)and pretty safe. I don´t own a car, but major avenues are right around the corner, just a 10-minute walk to the nearest bus stop, supermarkets, beauty shops, and restaurants. There is plenty of parking for people who bring their car. Check-in was smooth, and the host was consistently attentive. There were clean instructions for Checking-out also. I highly recommend!

Easy Access to Downtown Athens

This little space was great for me and my adult daughter for a short weekend in Athens. One small issue: the address is given as 840 on its street, but our specific space was at 838, which wasn't clear or obvious, especially when we arrived at 1 am! It took some looking around to figure it out. Perhaps a clearer sense of the property could be provided. Having said that, everything else was hunky dory!
