It is by the main downtown area of Athens. So, it has a convenient location. It is a nice hotel, but it is dated. It was sufficient for a quick visit to UGA.

Great location in downtown Athens, easy walk to all the dining, bars, shopping, etc that Athens has to offer. Hotel has some age on it, but is clean and maintained well. Only negative I will note is that the elevators arent the best- they are very slow and somewhat cramped. Other than that, its a solid place to stay.

Excellent location, walking distance to theater ,bars and dining. We chose this hotel because it is pet friendly but no pet amenities ,not even little rug to put water bowl, we always travel with one, but I know ( I worked in hotel) people using guest towels and when you make reservation it should be ask about pets and mention how much pet fee and parking too.

The location was absolutely perfect!! We could walk to restaurants, shopping, and the campus in seconds/minutes. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. I overheard housekeeping complaining about late checkouts, which I was one of those. The bathroom was very small and shower was outdated. The bed was probably the hardest I’ve ever slept on.

Overall, I enjoyed our stay there. It's a very good hotel and it's proximity to the Center Theater is great for seeing shows. The breakfast buffet is really good and the food is of good quality. One minor thing that was annoying was that if you want ketchup for your eggs or hash browns, you are given ketchup packets. Really? Ketchup packets at a higher end hotel. We paid $360 for a king size room and got ketchup packets. Come on Hilton! Other than that, it was a good experience.
