Charming 2BR/1.5BA Townhome - Close to UGA & shopping. This updated condo has 2 bedrooms located upstairs, both with king-size beds, with a full bath conveniently situated between them. The main level features a living area with a cozy fireplace, a renovated kitchen, and half bath for guests. Conveniently located off of S. Milledge, walking distance to Five Points, 1 mile walk to the UGA intramural fields, 1.2 miles to Stegman Coliseum, 1 mile to Foley Field, 1.7 miles to Sanford Stadium. Two free parking spots are reserved for the unit. Guests will feel right at home in this cozy Athens retreat!

We had a fantastic stay at this Athens home! The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to Five Points and very close to campus, which made it perfect for our Parents Weekend visit. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed, and the outdoor grill was a great bonus for relaxing evenings in. The backyard was a wonderful surprise, with a fire pit and plenty of chairs for hanging out after dinner. Both bedrooms were large and comfortable, with lots of closet and drawer space, plus big TVs in each. The upstairs bathroom was spacious and had everything we could possibly need. The house was spotless, cozy, and had all the amenities to make our stay easy and enjoyable. Loved the artwork too! The hosts were also incredibly friendly and responsive, which made everything even smoother. We’ve already booked this home again for our next trip to Athens and can’t wait to come back!
