Elegant top floor apartment ideally located next to the beach, offers wonderful sea-views. This spacious 75 square meter house is fully furnished and well equipped. The house has comfortable bedding and modern furniture. All our rooms are air conditioned. Clean and spacious bathroom with shower plus washing machine & dryer. Relax in a very peaceful environment.

Saronida is a peaceful holiday town on the outskirts of Athens and close to the International airport (20 minutes away). The property is next to public transport. Centrally located, everything is walk able. You will not need a car. The complex and surrounding area is ideal for families with children, couples & groups of friends.

The apartement is in a great location and has a great view from the terrace. Only a few minutes walk to the beach.If you don't have good walking skills, a car is a must since you'll have to climb a steep hill to get to the place.Panos, the landlor, who is an extremely nice and friendly guy, always answered ours questions. He also helped us to find a transportation from Athenas and to the airport, later.The only negative point was the cleaning, it could be improved, but we definitely liked to stay in this beautiful apartement.

Excellent property and location!

We booked this placed because of the view, the great price, and the proximity to Athens (without having to stay in the city). The deck overlooking the ocean is perfect. The location in Saronida was great for restaurants and getting to the grocery store. The apartment itself was clean and was convenient for hanging out or making our own meals. Panos was fantastic! He drove us to various events (into Athens, to the port for ferry trips, to Sounio to see to the Temple of Poseidon) and also had great recommendations for where to eat in Saronida. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we were very sad to leave.

Was a fabulous view across the sea, the apartment had all the basics you'd need and organising transfers was good, the driver was lovely and panos sorted all that out. We very much enjoyed the balcony, a couple of sunbeds would've been a brilliant addition. In order to get the views you are at the top of a very steep hill something to keep in mind if you're less mobile and no car. Plenty of things walkable and as we were the end of the season a fair few still open. All in all a lovely stay

Great apartment, more spacious that expected. Fantastic view of blue sea & islands. Comfortable & clean. Our host couldn't have been more helpful before & during our trip. Great having his transport service that was no more expensive than local taxi's but much cleaner & reliable. Highly recommend if looking for a quiet break

Die Lage des Hauses und der Blick von der Terasse sind fantastisch. Wer nicht gut zu Fuß ist, braucht unbedingt ein Auto, da man einen sehr steilen Berg hoch muss um ans Apartment zu gelangen. Panos ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter, er hat immer auf offene Fragen geantwortet. Es gab ein paar Sachen die uns gestört haben, die Markise konnte nicht rausgefahren werden und die Wohnung hätte etwas besser gereinigt sein können. Beautiful sunsets

We stayed a week and loved every minute of our stay! Beautiful views from balcony and kitchen/dining room area! Very clean and comfortable, including the bed. Very quiet place. We met the neighbors who were very nice. Our property manager (Panos) was top notch. Always responded promptly and helped us with whatever we needed (directions, restaurants, places to visit, etc!!!). This apartment was very close to grocery store, bakery, restaurants and beaches. We would definitely stay there again!! Thank you Panos and Saronida for an amazing time!

Traumhafte Aussicht beim Frühstück

Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Der Vermieter spricht sehr gut englisch, ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Alle Räume sind klimatisiert, was bei der Hitzewelle absolut notwendig war. Die Lage ist sehr gut.Strand, Restaurants, Supermarkt kann man zu Fuß erreichen, allerdings ist die Gegend bergig. Der Blick vom Balkon aufs Meer und Orte ist einfach traumhaft!

Five Start Experience

We have spent 4 weeks in the apartment, the views are stunning. I have never seen such beautiful sunsets before. The apartment is very light, clean and comfortable, it's a quiet and the neighborhood is friendly. There are beautiful beaches and shops in walking distance. Panos has been very helpful and welcoming, super host!
