The recent renovations have transformed the entire apartment into a contemporary living space with a fully equipped kitchen. It is a colorful and beautiful space worthy of any design magazine. The living room sofa folds out into a double bed to accommodate two additional guests.



The fully equipped kitchen offers countertop dining and is thoughtfully laid out for floorplan. The kitchen is stocked with coffee maker, brand new appliances, and other tools to facilitate cooking.



The apartment is fully air-conditioned. There is free Wifi throughout with very fast internet.



One of the best features of this place is the lovely balcony reached directly from the living room! Enjoy your morning coffee while taking in the comings and goings of the surrounding residential neighborhood.



★ THE AREA ★



Location matters whether you're coming to Athens as a tourist or for business. The apartment is close to Alexandras Avenue and is in one of the safest areas of Athens. Nearby public transportation, including connections to Athens Airport and Piraeus Port, makes it easy to get around this busy city. There is a well-developed network of buses throughout the city which can also take you into the surrounding regions. (If you come in the summer, we suggest a day trip to any of the nearby beaches or fishing villages!)



It is also within walking distance to several central Athens landmarks and places of interest with others just minutes away by car or public transportation.

Once we collect this fee, we pay it in full directly to the government as a tax.



Unfortunately, we are not allowed to waive, reduce, or absorb this fee, no matter the circumstances.



Payment is required before check-in, as per Greek law.



We completely understand this might be frustrating, and we sincerely wish we could make it easier for you. However, we are legally obligated to comply, and without this payment, check-in is not permitted.
