Very nice hotel. Clean and tidy. Super market in walking distance. The driver who picked up and dropped off us at the airport is very friendly and polite.

Such a cute place! Felt very safe with the way the apartments were setup and loved that the stay included the shuttle to the airport. It was a perfect spot for walking around to convenience stores, shopping, and had a great pizza as well from one of the recommendations! Would absolutely stay here again!

We had cockroaches in our room . One felt on my daughter hair , she was terrified. Stay there for fews minutes and left . Sleep at the airport instead . It end our trip very bad . One guy though it was funny and owner said it was normal that time of year . Well never mention on the web , bugs included . Horrible experience . They don’t want to pay me back , lack of respect . Never , never again .

It was a safe environment. The place is very nice. The courtyard is nice touch. It’s in the residential areas. Transport they offered was quick and easy.

I booked last minute after a flight was cancelled. The property got in touch straight away with check in instructions and was incredibly responsive when I had a problem as well as help with the airport shuttle. The apartment itself was lovely, clean and modern.

Clean, safe place to stay overnight. We arrived at 00:50 and the shuttle was there to pick us up after we cleared customs at 1:15, which was the last shuttle of the night. Accommodations were clean and quiet. Everything was what we needed for a quick overnight stay between our flights. Very communicative before we arrived and clear directions on how to get into the unit.

When I called for assistance, the staff member who responded was unnecessarily confrontational, initially suggesting I didn't know how to operate a lockbox. As a real estate professional, I'm quite familiar with all types of lockbox systems. After several minutes, he verified that I had indeed been given the wrong code. This delay resulted in a 15-minute wait to access my room, which was frustrating after a late flight from another island. Suggestion for management: Consider upgrading to electronic lockboxes to prevent similar issues and ensure a smoother check-in process, especially for late arrivals. Otherwise, the rooms are well-maintained and the overall experience was positive.

Our time at GK Mediterranean Village was fine overall, but there were a few areas that could be better. The location is nice, close to the beach and within walking distance of shops and restaurants, which made it easy to get around without a car. The room was spacious, but some of the furnishings and fixtures felt a bit dated and could use refreshing. Housekeeping was okay, though not as thorough as we expected. Staff were polite but not always available when we had questions. It worked for a short stay, but with a few updates and more attentive service, this could be a much better experience.

Very responsive staff via WhatsApp and Expedia messaging. Detailed check-in instructions. The shuttle service needs to be booked 72 hours in advance. Definitely a 15-minute ride to the airport. Keurig coffeemaker was a nice touch. When you unlock the outside gate and the door, don’t forget to lock them on the inside.

Amazing night at this property! It’s big, We have enough place for us et so cute at the outside! It’s difficult to contact the hotel by Expedia with the differents hours… it’s better easier by Mail. The man for the shuttle was gentle! Difficult to find with the received informations, but response in seconds at our mail and We find him. We recommend this hotel !!
