“This hotel has misrepresented itself online with Expedia, it is NOT soundproof. It’s in a dismal part of Athens. Not close to anything useful for tourists. The hot tub on the deck was so gross we didn’t dare go in it. “Apartment itself was lovely, very very new. However, there are some teething problems I’d say they need to work through. We booked this apartment as hotels.com advertised a gym, however the gym was not ready/open when we stayed which is unfortunate as I wouldn’t have booked otherwise. We were given a wifi password in our entry pack however this was incorrect, and we had no signal at the apartment so were unable to WhatsApp the host with no internet. “It is a good hotel, and I had a remarkable stay in this hotel with my friend. You can get all you need in the room and the bed and environment are neat and tidy. I love the self-check-in and self check-out service. The owner of the hotel was very kind, sweet and caring. The hotel was very convenient, and the location is good to find too. There is a lovely bakery called Pastry Vomvyla! They got the warmest heart people and bakery goods!”

“There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort.……

“NOT A BALCONY at best it was a patio but realistically it was a pit a 6 meter pit. It is a basement apartment which is fine but don’t expect a view. The unit was very small about 18 square meters 200 square feet. The kitchen was adequate and luckily I was able to google on how to use the stove or we would have had to eat only cold food.
