The room was clean, bed was confortable, rooms and bathroom was small, but sufficient for me. The breakfast was rich. The only thing i would suggest to improve is the coffee. Reception team was very friendly

Staying in Kisifia is great. The metro train can take you to Piraeus port to catch ferrys. It is also a good way to go to Athens. The Hotel Des Roses has a great breakfast. Friendly staff and it is kept very clean. I will return because it was a great value. And because the dining and shopping were within walking distance. I can see why Kisifia is a very desirable location to live.

hi, I stayed in this hotel few times during past 5-7 years , mostly for solo business trips and main reason of my stay been the location , rooms interior is outdated while its generally clean, bathrooms are old with shower curtains , I would recommend asking room on the entrance side street as other part with pedestrian street was noisy at summertime, otherwise the hotel is at the very heart of Kifisia, an opulent neighborhood of Athens with lots of cafe's , restaurants' shops etc. If I choose the stay again it would be the location. Must add that reception staff is friendly and helpful for any issues.

The hotel is the minimum of what you can expected.

The hotel is the minimum of what you can expected. The area is the rich place of Athens, with a lot of trafic. I do not recommend.

Nice stay

We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Des Roses. It is conveniently located near many shops and restaurants. Unfortunately, the air conditioner did not work consistently, which required us to contact guest services in the middle of the night a couple of nights in a row; by the third night, we opted to keep the window open, which was not ideal due to the outside noise. Parking was also quite limited, but my guess is that this is the case with most hotes in this area. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
