The front desk staff were very helpful and made us feel welcomed and took care of us really well. We liked the area and while amenities were a bit of a walk, the character of the neighborhood outweighed the walking.

We chose this property for its proximity to the University. It is a no frills hotel with your basic amenities which is fine if you plan to be out most of the day. The breakfast was 9 euro per person with adequate breakfast food choices. The room was extremely clean and the bed was comfortable. It was about a 20 minute uber to the airport and 25-30 minutes into Athens. Needs modernization and updated decor in the lobby restaurant areas. Overall a good stay.

Friendly staff available 24/7. When we got there, our toilet wouldn't flush, which was annoying. We told the staff, and by the next morning, the top of the toilet looked completely different, and it was fixed. They were on top of it.

I was told that breakfast was included, but the charges for breakfast at the rate of 9 pounds per breakfast so we paid for four breakfast. Also also they charge us to have a cup of tea at night. I drank one cup each night and they charge me for 2 cups. It is very disappointing not only that but they charge us 2 pounds per night as some kind of tax I thought when we book that all the taxes are included, but they insist that I have to pay 4 pounds
