The room was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, the bathroom was really nice, the staff were nice, the breakfast was amazing. They had everything. Just one elevator working though out of three.

The hotel was clean. Beds were very comfortable. Gym had good equipment. The breakfast options were very good with healthy choices. Area was walkable around town. Our only complaint was the elevators didn’t work well. They were out of order a lot. We took the stairs a lot because of the wait time for elevators.

The downtown location was great . The parking situation was not ideal. The black lady that checked us in acted like she was mad that she was having to work. Very unprofessional.

The staff service was very good and they were informative about the time the restaurant was open and parking. Very easy to find the hotel and it’s close to the Classic Center and restaurants in downtown Athens

Staff was great. Very accomodating. Elevators were a small issue. Went down for a while and the parking level elevators werent working at all. Other than these small issues everything was great. Very clean. The cleaning staff was amazing and went the extra mile to make sure EVERYTHING was clean. They were the most impressive cleaning team that I have ever witnessed. Great breakfast as well. Thanks for a great stay.
