Excellent hotel at a nice and exciting location

The hotel is located at a very exciting location that you would not feel bored even it is at night. You can finds loads of shops and good restaurants nearby. The staff is super friendly and responsive (even it is at mid night they can be reached via WhatsApp). The room is very large, clean, comfortable and noise-free. The AC for both heating and cooling is fine! A big thank to the staff working at there because they are super responsive and friendly! They also give me some good advices that I will definitely come back again in the future!! My 7-day staying at this hotel is highly satisfied.

Very noisy at night

The location is good, surrounded by many eateries but that comes with the downside of the streets being very noisy with loud music from nearby bars until 2am even on weekdays. Don’t pick this if you are a light sleeper… The bed and duvet aren’t very comfortable but acceptable considering the overall price.

Property is at center of everything. Easily walkable to plenty of restaurants. Only drawback is you may find some homeless people sleeping near the property.

The staff were very nice and attentive. The air conditioner didn’t go on in my room one night, I messaged them and within 10 minutes they came and rectified the problem. Very close to the metro. Lovely 24 hour store/cafe across the street. They also helped me arrange transportation to the airport, I had to leave before the metro was running. I would DEFINITELY stay there again!!!!

Ist in der nähe der Metro Station, Monastiraki. Einiaufs möglichkeiten, Supermarkt, Sehenswürdigkeiten ,Restaurants und Bars. Alles in einem super Lage. Das zimmer super schön und geräumig. Ok abends ist es etwas laut.....aber es ist auch auf ne stasse wo morgens wie abends was lips ist.

We loved our stay at M17! Everything was very clean and the hosts were so accommodating and friendly. They let us store our luggage before check in and were very prompt to reply and help us on whatsapp. The location is excellent and it is very walkable. There will be some noise depending on what room you get, but my husband and I were not bothered at all. Overall, we would definitely stay here again and our hosts were absolutely lovely!

Perfectly located in one of the most convenient areas of Athens, it is the ideal base for exploring the city, everything is just steps away! The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully designed, and super comfortable. But what really sets this place apart are the owners – they are some of the kindest, most genuine people we’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting. Warm, attentive, and always ready with a smile or a helpful recommendation, they truly made us feel like long-time friends. You won’t find a better location, better hosts, or a more wonderful place to stay during a trip to Athens.

Wonderful stay at M17. The place is a perfect location to shops and restaurants. The service from Joanne was outstanding. She was very helpful with check in and check out. She even called our taxis to the port and stayed with us until our entire party of 14 people left. Would definitely be staying here again.

The staff was great! They let us drop off our luggage early so we could explore the town. They took our luggage to the room when it was ready. Scheduled a taxi for us when we left for the airport. So many great restaurants and shops nearby. Location is in the best central location for everything within walking distance.
