The owner Christos was so kind and helpful and the room was perfect. Large, spacious, nice bed, snacks, wine, breakfast all provided. Excellent location. Highly recommend!

Thoughtful amenities and re-stocked daily kitchen items that I used -exceeded my expectations.Wonderful host: Highly responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout the stay. Highly recommended: Will absolutely book this flat again next time. Great location very spacious. Great terrace and quiet. Only had one issue -water heat and it was resolved right away. Not their fault.

Great location. About a 15 minute walk to the Acropolis. Lots of restaurants and shops surrounding the hotel. No elevator so be prepared to climb stairs which wasn’t a problem for us. Great breakfast food provided. Chistos was a very gracious and attentive host. Thank you Christos. Would recommend this hotel for staying in the Monastiriki area.

Our stay here in Athens was amazing! We were warmly welcomed by Christos after a long flight and cramped train ride. He did everything to make our stay nothing short of wonderful. He was very responsive and helpful. The location of the hotel is perfect. Every major site is within comfortable walking distance. The space was very clean and cozy. The view was very nice even with it being partial. I would love to stay here again!

We were so happy with this hotel. Check in was easy as the innkeeper was responsive and informative. The room was large and well appointed. Several snacks, coffee and nearest maker as well as many breakfast items available. I highly recommend this hotel and hope to come back some day!

Great location and host. Room is walking distance for just about anything. Close to the metro for trips a little further and easy to get to from the airport/cruise port. Room has all you need and a beautiful balcony to have your morning coffee and breakfast on.
