Welcome to Phaedrus Living: Koukaki Verdant Marble a stylish and inviting apartment in the heart of Athens, designed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Perched on the 4th floor, this bright and elegantly furnished space offers a seamless blend of modern aesthetics and warm ambiance.
Step into a spacious living area featuring a cozy sofa, a flat-screen TV, and air conditioning - ensuring comfort in every season. The fully equipped kitchen makes meal preparation effortless, while the charming dining space provides the perfect spot to enjoy them. Two thoughtfully designed bedrooms offer plush beds and ample storage, promising restful nights. A sleek, modern bathroom comes with all essential amenities for a refreshing experience.

Perfectly situated, this residence places you within walking distance of lively cafes, traditional tavernas, and Athens' most iconic cultural and historical sites. With excellent public transport links nearby, you can effortlessly explore the Acropolis, Plaka, and beyond.

All passport/ID’s copies for occupants and guests must be provided prior to arrival. No access to the Property can be given until Phaedrus Living has seen satisfactory identification -such determination to be at the Phaedrus Living sole discretion. Lead Guest must be 18 years or above to stay at the Property Any removal of property inventory may be treated as theft. No smoking inside the property. No pets allowed. No loud music or parties allowed. In case of loss or damage of accommodation keys, the service fee of 35- 60 Euros to change the lock will be paid by guest Any illegal activity will result in immediate ejection and notification to the Police. Booking fees will not be refundable by Phaedrus Living in this scenario. Building rules and procedures must be adhered by guests. At the end of the reservation, the premises and its fixtures and fittings must be in the same condition provided at the commencement of the stay. Any breakages, or necessary repairs and replacements will be paid by the guest. Renewal of the reservation is at the discretion of the Phaedrus Living. The guest should inform the Phaedrus Living at least 3 days in advance and it is subject to availability. Payment will be required upon confirmation of the extension of the reservation. If the guest acts against any of the conditions specified above Phaedrus Living has the right to terminate the reservation instantly.
