The location is excellent. There are a variety of restaurants and shops just meters away. We felt safe walking at night. The apartment itself is spacious and the hosts were always available if I needed something.

This place was located at perfect walking distances for everything to see and do in Athens. George was great and was very helpful when we checked in for our stay. Will stay here again next time in Athens!

Great place to stay in Athens!

This was an amazing place to stay in Athens! The location was perfect. It was so close to many shops, bars, and restaurants and within walking distance to different sites. The apartment was extremely clean and George, the property manager, was really responsive and helpful. This is such a great place to stay and was perfect for our group of 3!

Great spot to stay in Athens

Great location in Atkins near many restaurants, very safe area. Had great communication with the property manager. He hooked us up with a ride to the property, but Uber is available over there. Overall, a very good spot and a wonderful location to all the ancient sites

Go South

We made the mistake of not thoroughly checking out the area before wandering. North was definitely not the way to go. We did not feel safe walking in the area, even though we ended up at the National Archaeological Museum. South felt much safer and quickly found the Acropolis, shopping, restaurants, etc…Our accommodations were lovely and a great start to our Greek vacation.

Psyri Paradise

The unit was located in the district of Psyri surrounded by incredible restaurants & close to shops, metro, & historic sites. Our host George made all the arrangements from transportation to check in/out as easy & comfortable as one could wish for. Shout out to our driver Mr Panos was made himself available at anytime to transport us anywhere/when we wanted. The entire team @ Menos Properties did an outstanding job & we would highly recommend this unit & the property management company to anyone.

Heart of Athens

The apartment is exactly as pictured, clean, cozy, basically a spacious, extended studio and well equipped for our 5 night stay. Communication was prompt and clear and we were met in person at the property. The location is perfect for walking to the major historic sites, and metro stops are nearby for reaching other areas. The neighborhood is filled with cafes and shops, which were bustling on the weekends, but the apartment is on a small side street and was very quiet. Definitely recommended.

The property is centrally located. Great neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, available transportation, markets, etc. George and his team made us feel safe and at home. The apt is very spacious. Could easily fit 4 comfortably. All amenities were available. Air conditioner worked very well. Lovely courtyard.

Fabulous studio in a great location with an excellent host!

George, the Host was extremely accommodating at checkin and the space is lovely, spacious and quiet, despite being in a vibrant, very desirable area of the city of Athens. Everything is within walking distance but be aware that because the streets are narrow, your cab may have to drop you off a block away. 5+ stars!!

Clean and quiet in a crazy fun neighborhood!

George was there to greet us and fill in the details of the apartment. It is very spacious and clean with all the emenities. The neighborhood is so much fun, filed with wonderful restaurants, shops and bars and close to transportation. And quiet? Once inside the apartment, you would hardly know you're in downtown Athens. George was very nice and helpful. Overall a very pleasant stay!

Perfect location, spacious, safe, and clean

Everything was perfect! We were traveling from America, and communication was very efficient. We were able to book rides to and from the airport easily. The manager and owners were so hospitable. The apartment was super clean and had everything one could need. Attractions were within 10/15 minutes walking. We walked to Monastirki square and the Acropolis, very easily. There was any type of shop or eatery within steps of the apartment. We felt very safe walking early in the morning and after dark. If you are looking for a place to stay in Athens, this is it!

This was my worst experience. It’s not even a hotel . Bathroom , room size is so congested . Mouldy smell . No elevator and there was no electricity. Horrible horrific
