The apartment “SWA I / Athens”, which is a short name for “Sleeping & Working Apartment I / Athens”, is part of the activities of the “Elias Barbalias Construction Group”.
It is conveniently located on 131 Kifisias Avenue. Kifisias Avenue is one of the main arteries of central Athens and the location area is served by every means of mass transportation and numerous parking areas and is surrounded by apartment buildings, offices, shops, cafeterias, bakeries etc.

The modern bathrooms' design includes a standing shower, a wall-mounted cistern toilet, a wall-mounted electric towel warmer and hidden lighting. Both bathrooms are fully equipped with toiletries, hairdryers, towels and bathrobes.
The laundry room is fully equipped with a washer dryer machine, iron, iron board, drying rack. Cleaning and fitness equipment (yoga mats, dumbbells, Pilates rings), umbrellas for rainy days, a first aid kit and a fire extinguisher in case of emergency, are also available in this room.
