Villa Anavil - Boutique Coastal Retreat in Varkiza

Welcome to Villa Anavil, your luxurious retreat in the heart of the Athenian Riviera. This stunning villa spans two floors and offers everything you need for an unforgettable stay.

On the ground floor, you’ll find a cozy living room with a comfortable sofa, a 6-seat dining table, a fireplace, and a smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-seat dining table, refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, oven, and a variety of coffee machines. Enjoy your meals in the elegant dining area or on the balcony, and unwind on the spacious patio, complete with a 6-seat dining table.

The first floor features three bedrooms with double beds and balconies. One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, while the other two share an external bathroom/laundry room equipped with a washer. Each bedroom is equipped with air conditioning for your comfort.

Villa Anavil is perfectly situated just 700 m from Varkiza Beach, 5 km from the luxurious Astir Beach, and 6 km from the natural thermal waters of Lake Vouliagmeni. Additionally, the villa is conveniently close to the lively areas of Vari, Voula, Vouliagmeni and Glyfada, offering a variety of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. Explore nearby Varkiza Square, the Varkiza Yacht Club, and the scenic Lemos area, or take a short drive to the majestic Temple of Poseidon in Sounion.
