「Nice stay. The staff was friendly and helpful My only real complaint was the VERY BAD PARKING」

「We come here every year but this year the dude at the reception put a dent in our stay as soon as we arrived. Zero communication skills. Absent from the reception every 10 minutes he would disappear for 10-15 min. He refused to open the doors between our rooms claiming he does not have a key. His colleagues confirmed that was a lie. We had to change our sleep configuration (small kids) which was a major inconvenience to say the least 」

「Bathroom glas wall full of mould. Room was ok. Breakfast room in the Hotel not available oan oane day. We had to walk 100m in bad weather to the bowling restaurant for breakfast.」

「Hotel is a little tired and need modernising with a refurb, but for the price I think it was a reasonable stay for one night, very close to the town centre, free parking and use of a swimming pool is a bonus.」

「Location is perfect. Almost within the historic centre. Room looks exactly like, if not better than, the pictures. I was lucky enough to meet the owner of this hotel. A very polite and helpful gentleman he is, even guided me to park my car in the narrow streets of Sighisoara historic centre. Room is tidy and clean. A must stay for me when I visit Sighisoara. Make sure you don't miss the welcome Palinka!」

「Very pretty and unique architecture. It was also extremely clean. We would have appreciated a note in the room mentioning the price of the two small bottles of water in the room as they were 24 lei.」

「The room is very spacious clean and the bed is excellent for sleeping especially for all kind of people if they got back problems. Towels are been changed on a daily basis and cleaning as well . Spa is clean and massages are available on daily basis with professional therapist.」
