This was extremely important for our stay considering my son is autistic and requires sensory relief. The listing is false advertisement. Tim, who worked at the front desk did not handle the situation properly, not only did he offer no compensation and/or token of apology, but laughed in our faces when we were visibly upset about the circumstances.……

“This place was at a convention location fir the activities I had planned; however, not ONCE they made an attempt to clean the room. I had booked a room with 2 queen beds and that was helpful as I switched beds during my stay. When I asked the front desk how often they clean the rooms they said every other day but they were very short handed and asked if I needed anything. I asked for towels and a working fridge as the one in the room wasn’t working and the food I place in there spoiled. She……
