Great place to stay. Lady at check in was very nice. Very clean and found a great parking spot beside the building. The only dislikes I have is the shower and that a lot of homeless people were outside and my daughter was scared. We would most definitely stay here again though.

The place was great! Very clean and well maintained. It was fully equipped with everything needed, and the host was very fast to reply.The only issue was that outside of the building there is quite a bit of foot traffic in the evening hours (but that is to be expected in downtown Atlanta). Luckily the building has a 24 hour front desk - which made me feel very comfortable. Incredibly close to the downtown conference centers!

The apartment was perfect for the 5 of us! In walking distance to State Farm arena, world of Coca Cola, the aquarium and plenty of other things to do!

The stay was great, the location was not the best due to people busting windows in our parking lot. overall the condo was great and communication was amazing. The oven wouldn’t work for us so our groceries did go to waste.

Wow Atlanta was amazing! Perfect location for walking to some of the main attractions in Atlanta such as the Aquarium, World of Coca Cola and the Martin Luther King Museum. Apartment was comfortable, with a great view from the balcony (especially at sunrise). Recommend buying a City Pass if you plan to do all these (and the zoo) as it turns out cheaper. Just by chance we were there during Pride Week and the parade was right outside the apartment. So many friendly and happy people. We found a couple of minor issues in the apartment but I reported them and they were resolved within a couple of hours hence the reason I have given 5 stars for the condition. Parking is not free. The nearest car park is a pay and display but the attendant there told us we pay on exit and I got fined on top of the 35USD per day parking fee. There is another car park which is a multi storey and you pay on exit, but this is also 35USD, so if you’re staying for a week like we were it becomes expensive. I booked through Expedia but didn’t realise that it was going to go through Vrbo which had an extra fee involved. I had excellent communication from Jodie right from the minute I booked. She was also very helpful and patient when I had some issues with the payment card I was using. All in all, I would definitely recommend!
