Atlanta Vacation House with Lake

The Property:
1). Near Stone Mountain Park.
House is minutes from beautiful Stone Mountain Park. The property is easy to get into I-20 and Hwy 78, it’s 30 miles to airport; 20 minutes to Downtown/Midtown Atlanta for shopping and nightlife.
2). Not far to Vampire Diaries Filming Locations.
It’s 5.5 miles Hyw 124, then 13 mile I-20 to the famous Vampire Diaries Filming Locations in Covington. This property is in the between of Atlanta downtown and Covington. This area is a suburban neighborhood with beautiful lake in metro Atlanta. Enjoy your own private space in this bright lake house, viewing beautiful lake from own back deck.
3). Free fishing & gardening. Boating with permission.
You can enjoy boating, fishing, swimming pool (community pool) in good season. Fishing is free, no license required. Boating has to be asked for permission, and fees separately adds-on. There are many wild Canadian geese at lake, and there are two domestic white geese belong to this property, you can feed and pet the white geese. You can pick up the organic vegetables from garden at backyard.
4). Good for people like "country / natural life style". Please do NOT booking, if you have different taste.
There is NO TV in bedrooms, only 2 TV in living room and home office, free wifi. We use high technology to BLOCK online advertisements and inappropriate information not suitable to young kids / non PG-13. There are computer (educational robot software installed) and some LEGO robotics educational sets in living room, good for family who emphasis children education. There are also organic vegetables garden at backyard, home pet geese in lake shore, which allows guests to pick up seasonal vegetables, and feed geese.
This house was built around 1995, with real wood floors, but maybe wares out throughout times; some beds were handmade real wood sturdy frames. Bed sheets and liens are majorly cotton. Guarantee NO harmful chemical residues in this property. Please do NOT compare this country style vacation lake-house with franchise hotels/motels, which are located at busy and noisy areas. Please do NOT unrealistically imagine this family oriented vacation lake house as luxury hotels/motels places, which rooms furnished with unnatural materials, with no private backyard, with no sunshine, no garden and lake.

The space:
Up stairs: one bedroom has Queen bed, another bedroom has 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed. One full bathroom, one laundry room are hall way entrance. Beautiful lake view from the back rooms. The rest spaces are locked as non-rental storage rooms.

Down Stairs: The granite counter top kitchen and living areas are very open, and full of sunshine light, with pretty lake view. 1 queen size sofa bed (colorful) is located at home office area, which has computer, DVD player, meeting projector, Kids LEGO and Robotics, bicycle, located at the front room. One long reclining leather sofa, 1 full size sofa bed are located at the back room. The half bath room is access from hallway. The rest spaces (garage not for rent) are locked as non-rental storage rooms.

Outside House: Large wood deck, fenced back yard, fenced lake bank area. House is in the good lake views, good for people enjoy natural life styles. There are many wild Canadian geese at lake, and there are two domestic white swans belong to this property, you can feed and pet the white swans. You can pick up the organic vegetables from garden at backyard. Sitting on the out door chairs, you will enjoy the Fishes, Turtles, Births, Swans, Ducks, Geese; you are also able to enjoy boating with owner's permission.
