We were one couple, a sister, and an old friend. We occupied all spaces available for sleep. It was walking distance to a grocery store and near a huge park where we spent many days walking and riding bikes.
Great location 1/2 block from Piedmont Park and 3 from the Beltline. We were able to enjoy a walk and then e-bikes on the Beltway.
The location was very quiet and in a charming neighborhood.
The Mediterranean decor was a refreshing change from other cookie-cutter VRBO’s. Everything was delightfully thought out to make for a fun and relaxing stay.
I would recommend to my friends.
Perfect place for a family getaway. Very Interesting house with everything we need. Super clean and all the supplies there. Would stay there and recommend to all.
Both bedrooms have full bath and the cube couch has the powder room. Everyone was content.
Walkable to everything including Trader Joe’s . Nice neighborhood.
Used a Turo car in neighborhood for a couple day trips.

Mediocre stay
The listing looks promising with interesting interior and a great location. Working with a management company has its pros and cons: immediately, check in was clear and concise with expectations aligned clearly. Had zero issues leading up to arrival.
Upon arriving we immediately noticed the property was quite warn and the photos were obviously taken years ago when it was first updated. The bathrooms had scum and residue with some water damage in places. Floors and furniture were worn down.
Additionally, there were not enough cups or mugs available (2 couples for the stay). We reached out and received more about 24 hours later. Also upon arriving we noticed the washer dryer were not plugged in, and couldn't move them to get to the outlets. This was also taken care of after about 24 hours of reaching out.
Finally, while sitting in the dining room we watched a large mouse or rat scurry accross the kitchen and into the cupboard. Very disconcerting, but couldn't find any droppings. We did let management know, but there wasn't much to be done at that point.
All in all, it wasn't terrible but I definitely would not return.
All in all it wasn't terrible, but I definitely wouldn't come back.
My daughter and I stayed here with my artist brother during the Dogwood Festival at Piedmont Park. The location could not have been better, as we trekked back and forth to the booth and festivities. The off-street parking is an amazing feature in this neighborhood. (I must agree with others that anything larger than a compact suv is just too tight, but the Host worked with us on securing a permit. (Double stars for that!)) The neighborhood is clean, with lots of trees, and we felt completely safe, even moving art around in the wee hours.
The property was sparkling clean, inside and out, *including* the showers. (I do agree that the muli-jet shower entry is narrower than most, but I had no problems getting in and out.) There were plenty of towels and paper products, as well as extra pillows, some coffee, and special bath products.
The layout was perfect, as the daily living spaces are downstairs with an easy flow (and convenient half bath) and upstairs each bedroom has its own bath. The furnishings and beds are very comfortable and mindful decor is as pictured; its title " Boho Luxe" is the perfect description.
Communication was not only prompt but also intuitive and effective. I must mention that the oven did something weird on our last full day there: They had a technician inspecting it within an hour or so - and it was Sunday! (More double stars!)
I would not only stay here again, I would feel confident trying other properties hosted by Minty Living.
The decor of this home is so cool! The location is on a nice street but sandwiched between less nice areas. There was plenty of room, the amenities were ample, and communication was super easy. Even a little over necessary. Parking definitely requires an economy size car or street parking would be necessary. Loved that they used a key code that was personal to me, which made it very easy to remember.
We loved this place. The decorations were awesome and it was in a great area, so close to everything. We could walk to the park and the stores easily and the Fox was so close too. Also, Sidra and her husband were very nice . I would definitely come back to this place . Thank you!! We had so much fun and wish it didn’t have to end . Happy New Year .
very pleasant and relaxing stay at home away from home
I stayed for a week with my two kids and we had a great time, the puppy could not stay long as he was missing our backyard. Its in prime location right next to midtown high school and the beautiful Piedmont park. Like a couple of reviews mentioned previously, It would be better to have a smaller car as I had trouble with my tesla as there were two other cars parked and the space is kinda tight. Overall nice and pleasant, thank you Marj and team!!
Kudos to Minty! Everything was so easy! The communication and attention to detail was spot on.
A couple of things for future guests: Thank goodness for a parking spot, but it is meant for small vehicles. There is no ice (in fridge or trays). I would have liked a comfortable spot to enjoy the beautiful weather outside,
This was a wonderful place in an outstanding location. The property manager was very responsive. They responded to all my texts within minutes even when I sent them on the weekend. The place was clean and everything was up-to-date. I stayed at this location with my 3 small children, my husband, and our giant Great Dane. There was plenty room for all of us. Everyone universally loved how close this place was to Piedmont Park. I would recommend this place and gladly stay there again. My family wanted me to mention how nice the shampoo, conditioner, and soaps smelled that were provided by the host. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful place!
We were in town for a 2 week period, and this was in a great location. I really enjoyed being able to go less than 1 block to Piedmont Park and walk/run, and I could walk to Trader Joes and restaurants within just a few minutes.
My ONLY reservation about staying here again would be to make sure that I bring a smaller vehicle. The included parking for the unit is not accomodating for larger vehicles.
(We did discover, after a parking ticket, that neighborhood permit parking is available for guests through the city at no charge for 10 days. That makes it a bit easier with a larger vehicle so that you can park on the street. )
We absolutely LOVED this space. The location was incredible (only 1 block from the park). Neighborhood is near many restaurants- easy to walk or drive. Our puppy (who is house trained) was welcome. The home was beautiful decorated & had beautiful calming touches like an amethyst in the living room and sage available to burn in the kitchen. Loved this home and highly recommend to all looking for a great place to stay in ATL.

The duplex is in a great location. It is really comfortable and has everything you need for a perfect stay. I am noise sensitive & I had no issues here. Super quite. Both beds are cozy & the shower pressure is wonderful:) I had a question when I arrived & The minty living staff quickly replied. I will definitely be staying at minty living properties going forward when in Atlanta.
Only 10 to 15 minute uber to downtown and right next to an awesome park with an amazing botanical garden. House was exactly what we were expecting and was really beautiful inside. It's an old house so the stairs creek and the plumbing is loud, but that's expected with an old place. We loved it.

Overall the property was nice, beautifully decorated, fantastic location...within walking to piedmont park and local establishments.
However, we were given the incorrect access code for the door...we were informed by maintenance man the correct code after we tried the incorrect number, the locks had been changed the week before and they didn't update. The house lacked in some cleanliness, we had to request additional toilet paper and blanket.
The biggest issue was parking, we were assigned a single parking space and we parked there until we returned on Sat. afternoon to find our space occupied. (In fact, my husband drove 3 of us from out of town, over 100 miles one way, so we wouldn't have to deal with this issue, a single person drove her car and we had that spot designated for her)When we returned from the store and our spot was taken, I asked the cleaning lady where we were suppose to park and was instructed to park at the front of the house in the other unit space. While we were at the festival I received text message about our vehicle and all the confusion about the parking issue, our space was occupied by the long term tenant whose space was occupied by an unknown vehicle....so we were instructed to park at the front (taking someone else's spot). we had to leave the festival early to deal with this issue.
Once the parking issue was resolved we had a nice remainder of the festival....we did enjoy the facilities and the great location.
