Not as advertised

The listing stated this was a 1 minute walk from Atlantic Station. It's actually a 8 minute drive or 45 minute walk. We had to adjust all our plans because of this. Check in was fairly easy. The bathroom was so dirty that I took pictures. Moldy tiles, grout, and caulk and the bathroom looks like it hasn't been cleaned ever.

Great Location and Super friendly host!

We came into town for a work conference and decided to turn it into a little short vacay for the family. Ms Butts was super communicative and friendly and was very helpful. There are several restaurants within walking distance, which was great. The apartment served its purpose and we felt totally safe. The pool and grounds are nice as well. The apartment wasn’t as clean as I would have hoped, and we were disappointed that there weren’t chairs on the balcony to sit on (only one of the egg type chairs but with no cushion.) Also, some of the vertical blinds were missing. I would definitely rent from this host again but probably another location if available.

Women's Trip

My 3 girlfriends and I were very comfortable in this little condo. We slept great, watched a movie on Netflix happily on the sectional, and the location was perfect. A video was sent to us explaining how to access the condo and where to park and it was very easy to follow. We also requested another roll of toilet paper because there was only one and another towel and they were brought right over. The main thing that needs to be fixed is the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was hair all over the floor and on the shower walls. I'm afraid they missed the bathroom when vacuuming. There were a few things that fell apart (microwave handle and a simple decoration) but over all it was just fine. I would have loved a ceiling fan or since they don't have any a stand up fan in each bedroom.
