Wonderful place!

I’ll stay here again absolutely! Convenient, clean, comfortable. The only drawback was the owner never returned my messages on the VRBO app. I hadn’t heard anything about check-in an hour before so I called the property manager/cleaning service? She was super helpful and responsive so everything worked out in the end after a bit of stress.

Lovely unit, in great condition, lovely host and staff

The unit itself is really nice, very well decorated and comfortable. New everything, clean and functional. Myself and a friend traveled to Atlanta to watch a Seahawks game and our weekend was great. The unit was a great place to return at the end of the day. It gets 4 stars because of the location. It is well located near the Fox Theater and Marta for sure. Towards Myrtle St the neighborhood gets worse, and we got screaming and fighting two of the nights we were there (around 4am). We had problems checking in, but the host solved that for us quickly and she was super nice. Everyone I interacted with was super nice. The VRBO app and backend services seem to be getting worse though.

Very nice stay

Overall, we had a great stay. The home was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. I will say that I was a little nervous that I hadn't heard from the owner until a couple of hours before check-in (despite messaging them). That wasn't too much of an inconvenience overall though. I would still stay here again!

Spacious and Clean

The location is centrally located in midtown and the unit was very clean. The check in process was slightly confusing but once it was established, keyless entrance is awesome! Loved the amount of space in the unit. Perfect size for a family of 4.

Concert Weekend

Location was great, within walking distance of several restaurants and very close to the Fox theater where we went to the concert. I couldn't figure out where to park and ended up with a ticket. The apartment was perfect for what we needed.

No Parking

First, check in was at 4, but it was nearly 5 before we got the link for access. They use Latch (Bluetooth locks) for access. There is no parking. There's one little side street that is supposed to be the parking location, but for over an hour we combed the area within 5-6 blocks in a pattern to find parking that wasn't so far that it was ridiculous and close enough to actually lug 4 tired kids, 2 adults, and all the luggage that entails. If you don't have a car, this place is probably worth it. For us, we ended up going somewhere else because of parking was that hard then there is no way being able to zip to the store or going shopping was going to be convenient. Also warning about the insane number of panhandlers and homeless wandering about in the area.

Luxury condo in the best location

This was our best VRBO stay to date, the place was quite, very cold in our rooms with it being 95 outside, beds were very comfy with great water pressure. We will be staying next year when we come back for baseball♥️
