The property needs an update from the Elevator last serviced Spring of 2022, Room bathroom, Room AC units, TV's, and the quality of provided toiletries. The site was also under construction in many different areas of the property.

the property need to be upgraded the elevator were not working while only one was working.. the carpet smell in the hallway like it was wet and dried but not cleaned.. soon you got off the elevator the smell hit you.. the staff was ok no one really went the extra mile.. and average stay for what it was . however it was quiet. you can tell from pulling up it is a out dated hotel even n=more so when the hotell in front of it has had a face lift ..

WORST HOTEL EVER!!!! Got checked into 2 dirty rooms. FINALLY got a key to a clean room, that wasn't REALLY clean. A dead bug was in one of the beds & the TV didn't even work. The front desk guy that was there when I arrived around 9:30 pm was VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL

Would not stay there again.
I was staying there with my son because he was having knee surgery. The elevator didn't work, the WI-FI only worked in the lobby, not the room, and they deactivated my key cards a day early. On the day we left, I got a call approximately 5 hours after we checked out asking if we checked out - even though I had made a point of checking out at the front desk.

FAMU Championship Game in Atlanta
We in town for FAMU Football Championship Game SWAC versus MEAC. We wasn't sure how to get around due to heavy traffic in the City so asked the front deck clerk and she told us the Marta Bus transportation was located right out the hotel. Also, later once we return we inquired another desk desk for recommendation to local restaurant near by so we did not have to travel the interstate. She provided an address to local sports 3 minutes away with delicious food and amazing customer service. This hotel was convenience for the busy events in Atlanta and close to all the downtown attractions.

My grandson and I visited the hotel for the weekend and it was a decent stay, except for the unpleasant smell in the hall and our room. We had to spray an air freshener in the room to cover up the smell of what I would describe as, a wet dog.

Not worth $150 (incl taxes) a night.
Location was great. Beds were okay. The gentleman that checked us in and out was respectful and kind. Our hall smelled of weed, the breakfast had run out of food within the 1st hour, and the bathroom ceiling in our room was nothing but a painted over piece of pealing plywood. I’ll probably never stay here again.

Only pluses were breakfast and the check-in guy
The ONLY good things about this place were the guy who checked us in and the breakfasts (and the breakfast service people). Everything else was extremely disappointing: (1) first room we were in had no shower head (see photo); (2) second room had dirty towels (which we found on our last morning; see photo); (3) the bathroom floors, where we typically are barefoot, were DIRTY! (4) the carpets were dirty; I initially went barefoot but when I got in the shower, the bottom of the tub looked like I'd gone for a hike without shoes; (5) the elevator inspection was, at the very least, out-of-date (see photo) if not counterfeit; (6) the elevator sometimes didn't stop on floors selected on the call panel; (7) the entire building had a strange odor. The three-day stay was one of our worst experiences traveling and will make me think twice before staying at a Comfort Inn in the future.

We had a two day stay. When we came back our room wasnt made up, when we asked why, we were told they only make up the room after a three day stay. Clearly, we should have been told upon checkin.

This property looks as if it was just abandoned and left to the dogs. From the moment you walk in the floor is filthy, and the elevator barely works. The bright white lighting is terrible. Of the two elevators only one elevator works and it’s incredibly slow. I opted to take the stairs a couple of times. The outside of each of the doors are scratched and 30. Once in the room, every single lamp stand, as well as the chairs. When you turn on the faucet, it is so powerful the water splashes everywhere. There’s no way to turn the stream down so you just have to get used to wiping up after I saw the tiniest little roach when I returned to my room from eating dinner. That made me remove everything off the floors and I’m certain to leave my stuff outside when I return home. The remote for the TV had no batteries in it so I had to go downstairs and get them. I am so thankful I’m only here for one night. And I’m super hesitant to eat the free breakfast. There is no comforter on the bed just two sheets. I had to ask the front desk for an extra comforter. They told me the manager locked up the closet so they weren’t able to get me one. I convinced them to let me take one from another room. Thankfully, the other rooms actually had a very lightweight comforter. Please also note, the pool is not open up because of Covid but because the owner does not want the neighborhood kids to continue to try to use it. I suggested they make some type of reciprocal agreement with the hotel pool nextdoor

I assure you that we have strict guidelines we follow, and cleanliness issues are very important to us and are being addressed immediately with our staff.
