When we check-in into the room, the room is smelly with some room cleaning liquids. Small insects are inside the room and there was big hole near to the air conditioner. Some one is having Alcohal in the hotel premises near to the parking. Not recommendable hotel.

Signs up everywhere about $200 fine for having food in your room. Water pressure is low, and showers are cold. Mold blooms in bathroom, closet, and no sanitary covers for mattresses. Other than that, it's a an okay place to stay.

As we entered the room it was like a smell like carpet had been wet. Then the heater didn't blow out heat only cold air. Rug could use a cleaning. We had a suite room so had to go to front desk and ask for mo towels for the Jacuzzi. 'This the second time we stayed here and the indoor pool was still not open nor working!!

The lady who does the front desk is rude, took a phone call while we were talking and had it on speaker phone for all to hear. The rooms were disgusting, there were stains on the bed linens, carpet missing, splatters of "I don't know what" on the dresser and bathroom door. The elevator didn't feel safe and I used the stairs, which were barely better- chunks of the concrete floor missing and very hard wear on them. One of the chairs should have been thrown away and replaced decades ago, and the sofa looked so nasty, there was no way I was going to sit on it. Please learn from our mistakes and book anywhere but here.

My experience at this property was extremely disappointing. Upon check-in early Sunday morning (around 3:00 a.m.), after speaking with the front desk attendant, I paid for two nights with a confirmed checkout date of Tuesday, October 28. However, on Monday, a staff member named Divya came to my room and informed me that I needed to leave immediately. Despite showing her my receipt clearly indicating my checkout date, she insisted that I had to vacate the room. Throughout the interaction, Divya was unprofessional and discourteous—she raised her voice, abruptly ended our conversation, and ultimately asked me to leave in a very disrespectful manner. Additionally, my room had significant maintenance issues. The ceiling was leaking due to rain, and when I was moved to another room, that one had an even worse leak. Overall, the situation was handled very poorly and left me extremely dissatisfied. I expect better professionalism, communication, and hospitality from any establishment, and I hope management addresses both the staff conduct and the property’s maintenance issues promptly.

I called the hotel to tell them that I was arriving after 4pm check in, arriving late at night. when I arrived to hotel they told me that they didn't have any room available, they suggest to call Expedia to get a reimbursement. I called Expedia and they called the hotel to check that I wasn't sleeping there. Place the claim and they told me to wait for 3 days. I called Expedia again and they said that the Hotel says that I did stayed that night at the hotel and that they are not going to reimburse my money. Liars
