Cute apartment with easy access to downtown

This cute apartment has easy access to downtown and midtown, making it an ideal spot in LA. Plus, the check in process is very easy, which was crucial since I was coming in on a red eye. I would definitely stay here again in the future!

Very lovely!

The location was wonderful since it was close to everything in downtown, the place was very cozy and very homey, well accommodated too! The check in process was very simple and we were helped when needed. The place was also very clean too, walked in and it felt like no one had been there before us which was nice, plenty of silverware and plates in case you choose to eat in. An overall very lovely stay! Would book again!

Great Location for walking around Atlanta!

The condo was perfect for a weekend in Atlanta. Everything was walkable. The check in process was seamless & the room was great. My only complaint would be how hot the room got. The provided fan helped but it was still so hot. The complex is also very old but overall it wa wa really nice place & everyone there was super friendly!

Cute and convenient

The unit itself is well maintained and nicely appointed! Clean and functional. The building is undergoing some renovation and upgrades, once that’s completed it will be amazing. The thermostat is controlled by the building so the fan and heater provided help to meet your needs. It is very continently located in downtown Atlanta. The host is great and they stay in touch to make sure your stay is good.

Surprise

Our first surprise was the sixty dollar fee for parking. The parking lot allegedly belong to another entity besides the condo. We had to pay a sixty dollars fee PLUS we had very specific instructions to park in the number spot that we were assigned which was spot 32 . If we did not the instructions assured us that we would be immediately towed away. This TWO bedroom with a window between the bedrooms was no problem for us . If we had been traveling with another couple , that would have been pretty close . WE loved the bright lights. Why is the bathtub floor squishy ? It would be nice to have a table or bench to place a suitcase on . We did not know there was a swimming pool until we got there. I thought the location was super duper. The host should tell the guests and take a picture of the little scooters that available to get around Atlanta . They would have been the ideal transportation. Neither of us had ever ridden them before. Leave some details and "how to use" instructions with a map of downtown Atlanta on the back.We would certain stay there again . The best surprise is still no surprise. A perfectly written description is still the best description.

Great Downtown Location

We were very pleased with our stay at this location. The condo was perfect for what we needed and conveniently located in the heart of Atlanta. Trip was originally for a GSU orientation and it turned out to be conveniently 5 mins from where we needed to go.

Needs some TLC

Upon arrival no hot water, wasn’t communicated. Can tell the unit needs some deep cleaning… went and bought disinfectant wipes, sprays and my own sheets to make the most of the stay.

Just OK

If you want to spend 4 hours out of each vacation day reporting another driver in your assigned parking spot, then by all means, book this place. Host sends these long obnoxious paragraphs, instead of just summarizing her check-in instructions. And of her long paragraphs, she never once mentioned there was a key fob in the room to get in and out of the building. Me and a different guest had to find out a day later from the lobby attendant. Bathroom is extremely small, making it uncomfortable to straighten or curl your hair so be sure to bring an extension cord as the plug in outlets are located in very odd spots. The place was visibly clean but that means nothing to me as I bring my own Clorox when traveling anywhere. Host also told me to take out the trash before leaving when I believe I paid a cleaning fee. I took the trash out and also made sure to take timestamped photos of the room before leaving. It is 3 minutes away from Publix Grocery store. Only positive for booking a stay here.
