I have reserved a room for two people. There was only one wash rag inside of the room when I requested more. They asked me if there was some type of emergency for me to get another wash rag and then proceeded to take over 30 minutes to the point, I had to go find a cleaning crew to go get another wash cloth.

The place completely surpassed my expectations. It was extremely clean and modern. Very updated. The beds were very comfortable. The appliances all worked, however the ice machine line was disconnected (201). The kitchen could have a little better stocked with utensils. Other than that it was perfect. Parking garage seemed very secure.

Will NEVER stay here again! Nothing but problems the entire time and absolutely NO help from the foreign "customer service" with local phone number! The building reeks of marijuana every where you go. The place was very dirty: stains on everything, pubic hairs all over the bathroom, etc. Nothing is enforced at the building. There is no such thing as "quiet hours". People partying all night long, EVERY night of the week, very loud with no concern for anyone trying to sleep. Someone prank pulled the fire alarm at 1:30am one night and we could not get any response from anyone for help. Tried getting out of the building and several doors were locked preventing a safe exit! This stay was a NIGHTMARE!! Avoid at all costs!

I have stayed at this property before when it was under different management, and based on that experience, I expected a much higher standard. Unfortunately, the property has declined significantly. The common areas were noticeably unclean, and the issues continued in our room. The first room we were assigned had not been cleaned at all, which required us to request a new room. While we were moved, the second room still did not meet basic cleanliness standards. In addition, the balcony door did not lock, which was concerning. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations, and the condition of the property needs significant improvement.

We were not sent entry codes so phoned on arrival. Parking was expensive at $20 to $30 per day but was plentiful. I would not recommend parking outside the building though lots of spare off street parking was available because you would probably not have a car to collect on return. The area was full of people with dubious intent. We did not go out after dark. There was a lot of noise at night though and a lot of door banging. Sound insulation was not good. The property had missing items like cutlery and glasses etc. The host did replace these though the following day. It would have been helpful to have some means to clean worktops and no sinks had plugs. The dishwasher was not clean and had old food in it. The photos were probably taken some time ago and did not refelct the current state of the property which I could only describe as "tired". The bed setee was too uncomfortable to be used with no useable mattress to be seen on the pull out section as it was worn down to the springs. Much of the furniture had stains and the patio furniture had not been cleaned and was stained or had cigarette holes in. On the positive side though it was an easy 25 minute walk to the aquarium and there was a publix around the corner. It usually had a policeman and two security guards at the door. When I asked the policeman about the neighbourhood he said "you get used to it" The property was reasonably clean and spacious. It had a washer dryer fridge freezer and microwave.

The room was fairly clean but not well stocked with essentials such as enough paper towels and additional wash clothes and towels. The stay itself was okay. There was a lot of noise during the entire stay from the floor above. It was constant and very tiring. The unit we were in was 411.

I was initially concerned that communications were done only via text message and online, however I was very satisfied by the speediness of the replies, and willingness to help. There was an issue with my unit that required a room change, and it was all done efficiently and pleasantly. I will def consider Dorsen Stay for my future travle plans. This was great.

The size of the apartment was great, but the code for the gate, elevator and room did not work when we arrived. We sat in the parking garage for 30 minutes waiting to hear back from the host and it took another 10 minutes for them to get the code working. Some minor inconveniences to note: there was only 1 roll of toilet paper, only 2 bath towels (and two guests), and a few paper towels left on the only roll. With no front desk, we had to purchase more paper goods at CVS ourselves.

The place could use a lot of attention to detail. But not too bad overall. Needs more pots and pans as well as cooking utensils. The room only had 2 towels when it sleeps 3. Towels were available but if it sleeps 3, there should be at least 3 in the room. The bedroom does not have a TV. We were awaken every morning with loud clanking above us. The pullout bed was broken causing me and my family to have to purchase an air mattress. We did make them aware and they advised they told maintenance but we never heard anything else about it after that. Had the pullout not been broken, there was no bedding provided for it so there still would have been an issue.
