Absolutely Awful, do not stay here.

The building and the unit itself are completely run down. The pics in the listing must be at least 10 years old. I took pictures but for some reason are not able to upload them into this review. Rugs are torn up, hardwood in bedroom isn’t glued down, stains on the rugs and dirty bathroom.

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING (things I wish I would have known)

Now about the area it’s a NO homeless people all over , Graffitihe everywhere. “Gang member” everywhere, the smell of weed is very strong in the building. I didn’t wanna park on site because I was afraid if someone would break in my car (if you do take everything valuable with you l).Now to the apartment its not bad but it had a weird smell in it , the kitchen was by far the best thing in there, some dishes were dirty so me and my spouse went to target to get our own.The cooking utensils was wear down,So that was another trip . The remote was missing a battery and one of them didn’t work the Roku wouldn’t not connect to internet we ended up plugging our Mac book to tv.Pillows looked very old and had dirty on them.The carpet had stains on it.The floor is broken in the bed room next to windows one window didn’t open.The desk has no chair to it and had a weird smelling liquid in it.The bathroom was by far the worse very old the tub had so much hair in drain my husband had to clean it and unclog the tub;toilet drains slow as well.The hand soap in the bathroom is the same as the dish soap, they had the wrong pods for dishwasher so you couldn’t use it , and when I tried to use dishwasher it was leaking. The cleaning category of broom mop etc not good at all no cleaning products what so ever the broom is old, and the swiffer had no pads. I would say book here if you have to for school/work but not got a gate away nor relaxation. (Very loud neighbors always fighting)

The only I didn’t like was things like one of the windows was stuck they was a whole basically in the floor near the bed everything else was fine tho sheets were clean it was easy communication it was actually pretty calm and quiet in there

Great view of the city as advertised

The property was cozy and had a great view of the city especially during sunrise and sunset. Some of the details in the room were outdated but still did not take away the fact that it was a beautiful place to be in. Great customer service from the hostess as well!

I liked it a lot…

Nice place in a great location for all things downtown. I knocked off a point for cleanliness, but that really wasn’t an issue. The place is older and the floors in all areas could use a lot of work, but in all actuality they were about as clean as they could possibly be, just looked like they weren’t! The place could use a coat of paint as well, but the kitchen had been upgraded already and I’m pretty sure that everything else was a work in progress! I’m planning on staying there again in January!
