There are shared spaces in the building that both guests and residents can access:
★ Outdoor Pool: Code-access entry. Located on the basement level and typically open from late May to September. Please check with us for the exact opening and closing dates, as they may vary open season for 2025: May 23-Sep 1, 2025).
★ Laundry Room: Paid facility (coin or card accepted), also located on the basement level.
Getting Around:
We're thrilled to provide our guests with one complimentary parking spot in our garage during their stay! If you have multiple vehicles, there are also nearby paid parking options available. With everything just a short walk away, it's easy to explore all that downtown Atlanta has to offer. However, if you prefer, you can also choose convenient options like Uber and Lyft. Additionally, Atlanta's sidewalks are filled with electric scooters and bikes, and the city's MARTA subway system is a cost-effective way to get around the city.
Other Things to Note:
★ The property also offers guests one free parking spot in the condominium building's parking lot. Parking in the wrong spot will result in a tow - we are not responsible for any tows or car break-ins.
★ Kindly keep in mind that you will be sharing the building with other guests, residents, and homeowners. Please be respectful and considerate of your surroundings. Please note that this is not a hotel and hotel-level amenities and services may not be available
★ Our charming and historical building, The Landmark, is seasonally regulated for heating and air conditioning. However, we have provided a portable heating and cooling unit in the condo to ensure that you have a comfortable stay with us.
★ At our cozy condo, your comfort and safety are our top priorities. While downtown Atlanta is a lively and exciting area, it's important to be mindful of your surroundings, including occasional homeless individuals and city sounds like traffic.
★ Our building is currently undergoing some exciting updates in the lobby area. The construction area is fully covered. We appreciate your understanding during this time and hope you enjoy your stay!
