This is a compound of three units that is available to extra-large parties. Whether you are hosting a family reunion or a retreat, this place is for you. You will have access to: - 1 House with 4 bdr/3 baths for up to 12 guests (approx. 2500 sq. ft.); - 1 Studio with 1 bath for up to 2 guests (approx. 550 sq. ft.); AND - 1 Guesthouse with 2 bdr/2 baths for up to 5 guests (approx. 900 sq. ft.). Each unit is fully furnished to meet all of your needs and comfort. You will have free reign of the entire home... Please respect our home: - NO smoking inside - NO parties - Keyless entry - Clean and quiet - Safe neighborhood - Short drive (less than 10 min) to Atlanta's major attractions, (West) Midtown, Atlantic Station, etc. The whole compound is available for guests only. Less than 15 mins away from the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta Airport (International and Domestic Terminals). Having your own vehicle is the best way to travel. We also rent out cars on Turo (DM for more details). Uber and Lyft are also great options. You also have easy access to Marta the city’s transit system; bus 55 will drop you off steps away from the property. Don't hesitate to inquire if you need a car to rent. We take time to clean disinfect the place between each booking. We take your health and safety very seriously. We also have security cameras on the outside of the house to monitor the entrance. There are five on-premise parking spaces, additional parking is on the street. Please do not park on the grass.
