Many improvements to be made such as getting rid of gnats and fruit flies, deep cleaning of cabinets and bathrooms ( I’ve seen mold on walls). It is a okay place with great staff that do the best they can with resources provided.

Smoke alarm started beeping midway thru the night and with no staff available, I just unplugged it from the ceiling. When I alerted to the front desk staff upon checkout next morning, there wasn’t so much as an apology or any other ways offered to have improved my experience. Cheap room, not as clean as it could have been (some hair cluttered around the floor of the sink), but did what I needed it to otherwise.

Checking in it took about 30 minutes to locate the manager. The room itself was not clean. The dishwater was dirty . The TV did not work. NO toilet paper in the bath room. We couldn't stay there. CHECK out within thirty minutes of arriving there. It was prepaid amount of 525.00, We did not get a refund back. Lost the amount of the money, disappointed the was they do business. Wouldn't stay there again for any amount of money.

We arrived and had to wait 20 mins for someone to come to front desk. Then we were informed there water boiler broke and there was no hot water. We asked if we could please get a refund and we would go somewhere else. Was advised manager wouldnt be in til tye morning and we would have to wait to get refund then. We left and found another hotel. Still no call from manager for our refund
