The hotel was in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining and shopping options near. Other than a weird stench on the 3rd floor, our stay was great and the staff was friendly.

The carpet in carridor smelled awful l like marjuna or some smoky smell Room inside has similar smell and I had to open the small opening in the windows to get the smell cleared by next day. Otherwise, the stay was ok for 2 days.

Property is older, so I didn’t expect it to b perfect. The room I had was not in good condition. The refrigerator looked terrible, no trash cans in the room. The bathroom vent was hanging by one screw and the vent was filthy. The iron didn’t work, nor did the telephone to call the front desk.

I expected as described, but the kitchen was dirty, the bathroom was normal, but what outraged me most was the COCKROACHES, from the first day they were everywhere in the room, I killed a lot of them, I can provide a photo. they were crawling around the kitchen, on the walls, on the bed, I couldn’t even sleep normally because of this, because they were crawling everywhere. I haven’t seen such horror for a long time, the hotel is not cheap. The price of the room does not correspond to the conditions, I would not even pay half for this experience.

One in the room, I stayed in had a kitchen and the faucet drips all night long. It was very noisy. I didn’t appreciate walking into the lobby and nobody at behind the desk. I saw 3 roches from the moment i opened the door into the room and walked into the bathroom. I go downstairs and told the guy who just checked me in. He laughed and said what did i expect? Had to fight them to change me into another room. Then the guy walls of and another lady had to help me. The guy left slamming doors and being loudly uoset about me not wanting to stay in a room with roaches. Then i was told to "make sure to remind the clerk to refund the deposit when i checked out" very disappointed
