At check in I was greeted by Stella and her headphones with “we have no studios available”, no hello or smile or anything. She told me she’d have to upgrade me to a queen suite since the original rooms had to be cleaned still, which is obviously fine but then she said I’d have to pay the difference. Every piece of info I had to pry out of her as she awkwardly stared at us. Once I informed her three times that I reserved two rooms that were available online at the time, she just walked away for a few minutes. She came back, saying nothing for a total of 5 minutes, other than to ask me my signature for the rooms then handed us keys. The rooms smelled terrible, every surface was sticky, the blanket was essentially a second sheet, there was no hair dryer, no coffee maker, and the “complimentary breakfast” was a packaged granola bar.

Staff was friendly and check in was fast, Hotel had a very Smokey smell, carpet in hallway was dirty and chunks of carpet was ripped out. Black hair on towels and bed sheets. Would not stay here again.

Room was large and comfy. Refrigerator wasn't level and even though it was on the highest setting was not keeping food cold enough. Range wasn't level and made cooking difficult. Would stop at desk to get toilet paper and they seemed to be out each time. Ended up buying our own. Asked for replacement towels and had to wait over 2 hours for the towels.

Wish I could have afforded to stay somewhere else.
There was this one girl that every time I asked a question she would just look at me as if she either didn’t know or didn’t care. The site says breakfast, there’s no breakfast other than oatmeal packets & coffee. If you have a kitchen, u have to ask for the dishes at the desk, they give you dish liquid in tiny packs. The hallways are atrociously stinky. Smells like a mix of weed & cigarette smoke. The beds are so uncomfortable, my back hurt for days. The pullout sofa mattress was so thin I could feel every spring.

I did not actually stay. I reserved the room for my brother’s family. They are all variously disabled, and my sister-in-law had to have surgery in Marietta with a next-day followup. It would have been a lot for her to have to make 2 100-plus mile round trips in 24 hrs so I helped with getting them a place to stay. It’s my understanding that my brother complained about some aspects of the stay. He was not even there—he ended up “not being up to going”. Thanks for providing a safe and accessible place for my relatives to accomplish what they needed to do.

Great stay
This is the cleanest ESA that we have stayed in in years! The property is within walking distance of KSU and the night we checked in some people had parking problems because there was a football game and folks felt ok with parking at the hotel. At check in the desk clerk seemed to be speaking with her teeth locked together, it took both of us to decipher what she was saying. The room was spacious and clean. We had to ask several times in order to get all of the kitchen "stuff" that we needed. No dish drainer though. WE WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!

The staff was very nice. However, the room was not very clean. When the air cooler had been running all day, there was a strong odor of cat urine. The bathroom was really gross, I was glad I brought Clorox wipes.

Upon arrival hotel was sold out and was denied a room. Front desk refused a refund as they said I should have not booked through a 3rd party app. Cannot get through to a live person to fix this with hotels.com. Charge is currently under dispute with credit card company. No more 3rd party bookings for me
